This is the best tire place besides Firestone by Northwoods Mall. Mr. Alan gives exceptional customer service. He goes above and beyond to help people. I have never had any conflict with the employees, service, or prices at BJs. Mr. Jeff is also very awesome and he has put on more than one tire for me. These guys are wonderful and I'm so thankful to have such a great time nearby to help out when I'm having tire troubles. Thanks, Summerville BJs Tires team, for all that you do!!!

The tire techs and managment are slow and only have 4 appointment slots. You can not go here and expect to get ANYTHING done without a appointment

Extremely disappointed. I came in at 10am to get a new tire. They told me they would call in a few hours when it was ready. I called at 5pm because I never received a call. They said it was just finished and I could come back. I show up to the store 20 minutes later and the 1 guy working in there said it’s going to be an hour before they can finish up. I voiced my concerns to a supervisor who was less than helpful and said I should have made an appointment. This is what I get for not going to Gerald’s!

My experience here is mixed. The first time I came here was to have a tire repaired. I had plugged the tire myself as an emergency repair but was told a hydroseal would last longer. Upon arriving, the tire crew was sitting in the waiting area (no other customers) and they finished an entire conversation while I waited for help at the front desk. They proceeded to tell me it was their policy that they couldn't touch the tire because I had already put a plug in it. The second time was to price some new tires. The customer service was much better but unfortunately the pricing was higher that other big box tire centers, which is unfortunate because BJs location is ideal for me.

We came in to walk around to see if we wanted to join. It was so nice, clean, uncrowded and easy to get in & out of! Not at all what I expected. Prices are mostly comparable to Sam's. Surprised to find a deli that slices meat/cheese. No pharmacy. Very happy with my visit!

Standard wholesale store tire shop. Had problem where they ordered the wrong tire and installed it. They corrected the problem without hassle or hesitation free of charge. Very pleased with the customer service. They have my business :)

What a mess. Was told a price twice. Once in person, once on the phone. I took off time from work to get it done and now the price has tripled. No thanks. Waste of my time. Get your tires rotated and balanced elsewhere and save yourself time, money, and headache. Sams, Walmart, and even the dealership can do it way cheaper.
