Ordered a tire from BJ's car Care center. They told me it would be in the following day. Never get a phone call. Had to come in the next day because no one contacted me. Turns out the tire was here, but they called the wrong number. Getting a refund. Going to Discount Tire.

Bought tires from them, got the balancing and rotation with them. I have two new tires on one axle and older but still good ones on the other. I told them specifically to keep the tires on the same axle and simply swap them to the other side. They failed to do this. I told them to balance it at the same time when I was first there. They failed to do this too as I could feel the vibrations, and I had to drive it back. Man there said, "oh you need them balanced". What made you figure it out, Sherlock? The first time I said it or the second?

The service was fantastic the technician was knowledgeable courteous And made sure that we were happy before we left I highly recommend B j's tire service in Morrisville North Carolina
