I had the pleasure of speaking with Fausto (Service Mgr.) concerning some hard to find tires for my Porsche. Not only was he friendly and patient, but he was very knowledgable and kind. He spent several minutes explaining the difference between the tires and which was preferred for my vehicle. He's the greatest and thank you for going the extra mile for BJ's customers. Kudos to Fausto!!!!

This is the worse place to get your tires worked on. After 2 years and 2 flat tires, they finally was able to fix a slow leak causing my flat tires. Today, I found out that the lug nuts were over tighten and is not coming off. Called the center and was told the only 1 person working there today called in sick and the entire shop is closed.

I went and got my tires changed yesterday 4/7 and I am not sure the name of the man who was there yesterday, but he was running the show! He was so kind and professional even with everything he had going on. It took a little longer than initially expected, but that was very understandable considering the circumstances. I would certainly recommend and I certainly wanted to give that man a kudos and I hope upper management sees this review!

Great customer service and the replaced my tires quickly. One of their mechanics even called me 2 hours before my appointment to let me know I could come in early.

I had a 10:30am appointment and they were backed up and doubled booked. I agreed to come back at 3pm when there were more technicians to help. When I got there at 3pm, they were still backed up and explained I could leave it for an hour and half, they will call me and let me know if they can do the repairs. I wasted a whole day, they didn’t care about my time and wasn’t very friendly in trying to work with me even after I came back 5 hours later because they were doubled booked.

Only one technician is working. I came for a 9am tire change appointment. It's past 11:30 now and they are not even close to getting it done. If you want to waste your time and resources choose BJs. BJs was good in MA but sucks in VA. Today explains why Costco is doing so much better. I hope BJ's leadership takes notice. I tried to talk to the manager and customer service people, all were very rude. Thoroughly disappointed with BJs today. There are going to lose a few members.

The one positive thing I can say is that BJs is cheap. But you get what you pay for. My car needed 4 new tires. That was done. Then got in a small accident and one of the tires needed to be replaced. BJs replaced the tire in the exact same spot (front passenger) instead of putting it on the back like they're supposed to and didn't bother with aligning it - which it says they're supposed to do. Three days after said minor accident, we ended up taking our car to Mr. Tire down the road and they had to rotate and realign the tires since BJs messed it up so badly. Fast forward to this now. We took the car in because of the tires had a nail in it. We brought the car in on Monday morning and BJs said they may have time to look at it, but made an appointment for Thursday at 530pm just in case. Thursday night we hadn't heard anything, so we called BJs and they said it had been done since Monday. But didn't bother calling us!!! We got the car back and made another appointment with Mr. Tire to take care of the normal car stuff (oil change + check engine light was on). Turns out, because of what BJs did when we had to replace the original tires and didn't rotate align it properly we have to buy ANOTHER new set of 2 tires. For the record, we JUST replaced the tires 4 months ago. We're having Mr. Tire just take care of it because they're great (see my review on them) and we're just DONE DONE DONE with BJs. Their tire center is literally THE WORST. Highly recommend avoiding and just finding a decent, honest mechanic. As I mentioned, check out my review on Mr. Tire because they're actually great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Excellent customer service!!! I came in to the store during the rush (2hrs before closing) and Aubrey, the tire expert/technician, went above and beyond by ensuring I ordered the right tires. He patiently walking me through the steps to order them and helping me find the correct tire sizes and type. Above all, I was impressed with how Aubrey operated during the busy rush. He worked fast while remaining calm. Also, he was respectful and made sure to meet each one of our different needs. He makes coming to the store inviting and reassures that our cars are in good hands. You have a wonderful addition to your team!

Been a BJs member since 2009 but this is the first time I have bought tires and had them installed. My usual service department failed me. A competitor was overbooked during my appointment time. BJ’s Technicians were ready and the service bay was free at my appointment time! Great service. Friendly staff. Fast. The online ordering and appointment scheduling tool was easy to use. Highly recommend Fair Lakes location. Will come here for tire servicing in the future. Thank you!

Lack of resources. Only one person is working. I gave my flat tire for repair 4 days before and till waiting for it. I went to twice in person, he said will call me when it is ready. Prices are less when compare to other store but poor services and responses. No one pick our phone calls. BJ's management please response customers grievances and make us satisfy. Thanks.

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience to get tire rotation . It took almost two hours with appointment . The place seems under staff and the one employee behind the counter in this location seems don’t care. BJ’s needs to do better than this. My next visit will not be here.

When I was change my four tire after one day later my tpms light was on, I visited them they suggested me if you change all 4 sensors that will be better , we don’t do order that you can order and bring here we do check , I was follow same way they checked scanner red sensors and they fixed my appointment. I left my car they changed it but light was still on again they invite me for another day in that day to, they couldn’t fix it after a moment they told me that unfortunately we couldn’t do fix it pls visit other tire companies might be they can. I went another company they fixed it and charged me almost $700 . My question is that if you can’t why you didn’t suggest me before visit for other places ? If that happened I was save my money and time. Thanks!!!

Excellent service and fast service when I had a nail in my tire! Mr. Martinez was friendly, helpful, and professional, he was definitely a blessing! I would absolutely go back for tires and service, so happy with this place!

As people have said, there is only one technician as well as one front desk person. They seem like nice people. I came here to change my tires and they gave me a time of 1-1.5 hrs. Everything was done within the time and so far so good.

I’m sure the guys work hard but 2 guys and all they do is tire stuff, oil change, and change battery. I guess that’s all u would want from this kind of operation, all this place needs is ONE more guy working on the vehicles an it would be decent

Bottom line, this is a place you go for super-cheap tires. Most of the other reviews are pretty accurate, there tends to be only one person at a time to do everything. My experience is that the one person works really hard and is really nice. When I called to coordinate (tires I had bought online), the guy was very helpful once I got him in accelerating my appointment. Also, they did a good job of keeping my appointment. I dropped my car off, walked to lunch in the shopping center, and then did my BJs shopping. When I got back from all that, everything was done.

I ordered tires and BJ's called me and left a message and said to call them back to schedule an appointment to have them installed. I've been calling for two days (over a dozen attempts) and the phone is never answered. Finally got in touch touch with the membership desk who informed me that they only staff with one mechanic at times and when he's working on a car he's unable to answer the phone. Poor way to run a business. I won't be back.

Over the place seems a little bit short-handed in terms of Staff comma the text there are rather friendly and they do try to get the work done. I used to work at a car shop so I know that sometimes you have to wait. Great prices as well!

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. BJ's in general is a good shopping place with variety of commodities at reasonable prices. But the tire center at BJ's fair Lakes shopping center lacks good management. There isn't much tire variety choice; you can't place an order on the phone or over internet. It has to be made onsite. There is no respect for appointment. I've requested an appointment on a Saturday at 10 a.m. yet the tires weren't installed until 11:40 a.m. as the shop was run by only one technician who places orders, receives payments, answers questions and installs the tires. All the customers were complaining about this place's poor management. I would advise BJ's to maintain a good staff support at this location at Fair Lakes shopping center, otherwise, customers were considering changing to COSTCO.
