Bismark is the BEST! As a female who knows very little about cars I’ve always felt very intimidated walking into a body shop . Bismark is so lovely and approachable and takes the time to explain things and tries to get parts at the best price if he can (which I so appreciate) I came in for a broken latch on my trunk. Bismark was so kind and had it fixed very quickly. I had to run errands and he even let me his car to go around! I highly recommend him in his team and trust them 100%. Genuinely lovely, hard-working people who deserve recognition and praise. 👏👏👏

Had a really good experience with Bismarck and the team. All were very communicative, friendly and reasonable. Initially thought the paint job for the car would take >3 days but they finished it and was ready to go in 1.5 days. Came back to my car thinking it was a new car. He also cleaned up the headlights for free. Will definitely come back again!

I am writing my first Google review to make an addition to all the stellar reviews and say that everything is true. Bismark is truly exceptional, he clearly loves what he does and it shows. I brought in a 2009 Camry that had front end damage and was banged up in a few other places. In exchange for my $500 deductible, I received the car back in showroom condition. He really went above and beyond any expectation I would have for this work. I do not have enough good things to say about Bismark and I would recommend him to anyone looking for bodywork.

I brought my car to Bismark's shop after a car wash tore off the front bumper and damaged the fender, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, Bismark was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative. He made the insurance process seamless and stress-free, handling everything with efficiency. On top of that, he went above and beyond by offering to get my car smog-checked while it was being repaired. When I picked up my car, I was shocked to find that they had included a free interior detail. It felt like a brand new car. The following week, when my small side window was broken into, Bismark offered to fix it at no cost. This is, hands down, the best auto body shop I’ve ever been to. I’ll be returning for any future repair needs (though hopefully not too soon). Thank you, Bismark!

Bismarck was amazing! We were desperate because everything was closed and we saw the shop’s door opened and even though it was a Saturday and closed he check our car and told us what was going on. We appreciated him so much because he gave us piece of mind about our situation and guided us on what to do. It was not a serious problem thankfully so we could keep driving to our destination. -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️-

UPDATE: My car was rear ended again (sigh, street parking) and I knew who to contact without thinking! Bismark made the whole process so painless—just like the first time—and he fixed my bumper quickly and beautifully. I can not recommend Bismark Auto Body & Paint enough! You will not be dissapointed. — WOW! Have a car need? Take it to Bismark! (If you don’t, you’re making a huge mistake). This shop does top notch work, AND the customer service is 20/10. Typically you’re entering an auto shop fussy, and leaving fussy. Here, you’re gonna leave smiling—I never thought it was possible! These are Grade A people doing Grade A work! I’m so impressed!

Bismark quoted a paint job for my red car and it was within my budget so I accepted. Fast service! Dropped it off on Sat and it was ready by Monday morning. The paint job was to my satisfaction! Really appreciate Bismark for cleaning interior of my car for me for free! Easy to talk with, great customer service!

Bismark and his team did a fantastic job with my Toyota Prius. It is an older 2002 model and another driver took off the front end while it was parked. Bismark replaced and painted the front fender and bumper and repaired and painted the hood and driver door to match. It now looks like a brand new car and I couldn't be happier. Very high quality repair and I highly recommend them.

Bismark is so communicative and does fantastic work. He helped me with a relatively small body work job, but did not treat me like a small customer. He took his time to explain things and always picks up the phone himself. He worked directly with my insurance (Geico) to supplement what was needed based on the initial estimate. Bismark and his crew are very trustworthy and hard working guys ! My grey Toyota Yaris got Vandalized. Multiple scratches and door damage. Bismark and his guys fix all the damage in about two weeks. Great paint job & body and trim. Hopefully my car doesn’t get vandalized again but if I ever need a auto body shop I will go back to Bismark. Highly recommend this business.

Bismark and team did a great job with my car. And they worked with my insurance to make sure everything was covered. They were also really great with communication, letting me know what to expect and when the parts would be available. Finally they detailed my car to a T and I would recommend him highly to anyone needing a great auto shop.

Bismark and team repaired my Toyota Highlander and left it brand new. Our car was badly damaged in a small accident. The driver's door would not open and the front of the car was distorted. Bismark and team fixed the structural damage and left the car looking like new. The service was great. I highly recommend Bismark and his team.

I got my brand new rear bumper here at an incredibly reasonable price. Great job painting the new bumper with the exact same shade of the color of the car. They even had my car washed when I went to pick it up!!

I highly recommend Bismark and his auto body shop!!! Can’t thank him enough for figuring out and fixing a botched repair job that was done by another auto body shop. I was going to another body shop 6 times for 3 hours at least waiting for the car at a time and Bismark with his amazing crew took less than an hour to figure out what the issue is and fixed it on the spot! A huge weight off my shoulders and knowing that my car is in great hands now!!! This is almost unreal!!! I was talked down to by that other auto body shop owner/mechanic and made to come back over and over (as I’ve already said) for hours at a time to an end result that was not done well even after all the times I went back there. It all happened from a passenger window being broken and then that other body shop told me that I had to change a door latch and following that another door handle mechanism. One thing after another……this was already strange to me but also each time one was fixed the other issue followed like a domino affect….. When finally I have had enough I went looking for another auto body shop and was highly recommended Bismark and his shop. So this is how I have happily ended up at Bismark!!! I am grateful for him and his time soooo much!!!! I am very happy and thankful that the universe possibly brought me to his shop!!

Wow!! Bismark, the owner, is the nicest guy! Beyond the best estimates and the fastest turn around times too, he kept going above and beyond by giving me a ride home. He ensured I would get my car back before leaving on a long road trip. He also offered to make sure my car was in shape for the long drive. I forgot there were still people like him doing great business. This place has that family owned business feel with top notch services and the utmost integrity. This is the place to go for your car needs!
