The entire team was great! Ernesto communicated throughout the entire repair process after my parked car was hit. They explained everything that was discovered and how it would be repaired and did so ahead of the estimated timeline. The rental process was easy and they provided transportation between the body shop and enterprise which was great. Highly recommend and will keep them as my go to for repairs.

Expensive and unprofessional. The damage was not severe enough for the amount that they charged me, and if included a paint job, it would have been double as costly. I refrained from getting the paint done so they kept inventing ways to add more charges out of sheer pettiness. You cannot add charges after the fact and charge me for things I did not ask for. It's unethical and sleazy, which sums up what this place is. Do not go here. They are trying to scam you out of more and more money. It's not even a quick job. Slow and sloppy.

Bad service low quality work , Very pricey . Parts of vehicle left unpainted and paint began to bubble Shortly after paint job. This paint job cost $10,000 At bird road body shop. Pictures of receipts and low quality work.

Excellent place, I came to them searching the internet for a reliable place close to my house, with good reviews. I could not find a better one, it is a clean place with a safe environment. Everything is excellent from the attention on the phone on the first call, to the detailed and professional attention of Mr. Richard. When I picked up my car I was very pleased with the work done. Totally grateful for everything. I sincerely recommend it. My daughter is already thinking of taking her car for some details that she needs to correct in her car. I took a Toyota Camry in to Bird Road Body Shop on two separate visits, one for minor repair and the second for some fender and hood replacement work. What I appreciate most is the great communication from my rep Richard. He listened to my needs, gave me a fair estimate, and followed through with good work. Well done!

Pésimo..después de cerca de 10 dias con appointment….mi carro sale aparentemente bien….pero sin la tapa del tanque auxiliar del líquido anti freezer….sin contar lo peor…cuándo pasó el carro por el car wash boto la pintura completa en el mismo lugar de reparación…(alguna persona que sabe me dijo que no le pusieron un producto)…algo como un PRIMER … Base……..no tengo tiempo para ir a reclamar…porqué es perder más tiempo todavía……no sé lo recomiendo a nadie. Es mi opinión….ustedes hagan lo que desean ……
