Bimmer Rescue is hands down the best shop for BMW enthusiasts who want top-tier service and expert craftsmanship. I’ve trusted them with my E46 M3 for years, and their work is always top-notch—well worth the investment. Their technicians are highly skilled, detail-oriented, and take the time to explain everything clearly before getting to work. They did an outstanding job on my VANOS rebuild and went above and beyond when analyzing the incorrectly installed rod bearings from my previous shop. They walked me through all my options before executing a flawless engine swap. Beyond that, they’ve also tackled major work like my differential, suspension, and control arms, making my 2004 M3 feel brand new again! A special shoutout to Skip Khoury, who is amazing at breaking everything down and working within your budget while keeping your car’s long-term health in mind. If you love your Euro car and want to keep it running at its best, Bimmer Rescue is the shop to trust. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. They always get me in right away, do a thorough evaluation and fix things the right way. I wouldn’t have anyone else in Richmond take care of my BMW.

I had a great experience here. Communication was outstanding. Extremely professional and moved quickly to get my vehicle back to me. I think the things that impressed me most, were that they proactively gave updates on the work being done and the inspection report that included pictures and details around needed repairs vs what should be addressed. The only thing I can think of that would have made this better is that if the report included the cost of each item in the report.

I appreciated how Members of Bimmer Rescue Staff responded when I asked questions. I will be having my car serviced with this company again. The Staff is very knowledgeable about high-end vehicles and that’s a huge plus for me. Also, I was referred by my brother-in-law. Thank you Bimmer Rescue.

I brought my X5 to Bimmer Rescue after receiving a direct mail card. I asked for only an oil change and brake fluid flush. When I asked for the invoice the amount was over $600. The oil change, with the discount was $90. They added over $400 of other services, which I did not request, and I believe they never performed. I would never do business with Bimmer Rescue again.

I recently visited Bimmer Rescue for an oil change, a vehicle health check, and spark plug replacement, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service. The team was professional, efficient, and thorough. They took the time to explain the work being done, and I felt confident my car was in great hands. Since the service, my car has been running smoothly, and I appreciate the care they put into ensuring everything was handled properly. I highly recommend Bimmer Rescue for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service for their vehicle.

Bimmer Rescue came recommended to me by a guy who races BMWs. They’ve kept our “forever car” and the ones in between going strong for years. Once you find mechanics you trust, you hang onto them.

I’ve been coming to Bimmer Rescue for all my repairs for my beautiful (but problematic) Mini Cooper. They came highly recommended by other technicians in the area and I see why! Skip is so kind and really takes the time to explain to explain what exactly is wrong with my car, the solutions, and provides a clear timeline on when the repairs will be accomplished. I know I ask a lot of questions and I cannot emphasize enough how patient Skip, and everyone at Bimmer Rescue is! Prices are fair and clearly explained - which is not surprising because they’re so upfront and honest. Highly recommend coming here for your repairs, especially if you have a Mini Cooper!

I bought my 2022 GLA250 here for an oil change and also did all the recommendations from the health check of the vehicle which includes alignment, engine and cabin air filter change for the first time and am very pleased with the service and work. Price is fair. It saved me more than half the cost I would have paid getting these repairs done at the dealership. Highly recommend and would come again.

Word to the wise. Took our daughters Mini Cooper to Crown Mini for a check engine light. They quoted us an amount. I then wanted to verify/confirm that it was all encompassing and called up Bimmer Rescue and they did a second look for free along with a free health inspection of the vehicle since we had just bought it. On their list they confirmed what Crown Mini said. Their list included items that were Good, some were not required at the moment and then about 4 to 5 items that were required. Those required items lined up with what Crown Mini said. My husband and I talked to Skip and we moved ahead with repairs of ALL required items costing a certain amount. Through our conversation I kept asking - this is for ALL required correct? Because I wanted to make sure. The car a week later is ready for pick up, and I ask again for an invoice that includes a description of all the repairs for my records. Lo and behold, Bimmer Rescue repaired only two items from the required list. Mind you they weren’t even the items that would have stopped the car from working. I call Skip and and ask about it and he saying that’s all they fixed for that amount. So I ask how much it would be to fix the main thing that could stop the car from running and he quoted $2900. For a water pulley and belt. Which they confirmed from Crown Minis inspection. Which Crown Mini was willing to fix for $500 according to their invoice. Why would Bimmer charge an exorbitant amount is beyond me. A couple days later after bringing the car home, it starts leaking oil! I checked our cameras from before we took the car to Bimmer and there were no oil stains. So again I call Skip and ask pretty much - what the hell?? I ended up taking the car to Crown Mini to fix the water pulley and belt - which they fixed for $500 by the way, and I asked them to look over Bimmer Rescues work. There was oil everywhere from a loose bolt that had not been tightened! they did the work then didn’t clean up after themselves. Oil all around the engine and underneath plus the loose bolt that was causing the oil leak. If that isn’t shady as hell. Because Bimmer didn’t repair everything they said they would, we ended up paying more to them than we would have at Crown Mini for the same service. Crown Mini cleaned up the car from all of the oil and tightened the bolt. They fixed the most important thing that would have stopped the car from running. Bimmer gave us a cute little health inspection sheet with no prices. So we , unfortunately, went off Skips word of what was getting fixed. I feel that Bimmer took advantage of folks that didn’t know much about cars by doing this then thought we would be dumb enough to have them do it again. By not providing a listing of prices and what would be repaired with a total amount , that’s dishonest on their part. So if they can’t provide that to you - I would reconsider getting work done by them. Also, being quoted an amount that was nearly five times more was ridiculous. I’m not sure what the hell he was thinking when he did that. So word to the wise and moral of the story. Beware of the smooth talking Skip. Get an invoice BEFORE payment with all the things they will fix and a total price. They did not do that for us and took advantage. So maybe Crown Mini charges a bit more but you know what I rather pay for the work quoted than to listen to some hoodlum who’s just there for the money talk us into half-work and then on top of that leave us with what could have been more shadiness on their part had I taken the car back to them. Who knows what he would have said was wrong with the car through the oil leak. For all I know - they did loosen the bolt on purpose. Because thinking back on it- Skip was quick to say - bring it back today! And we can get this squared away. Shame on you Bimmer. SMH.
