Bimmer Performance Center showed excellent service from the very beginning. Very prompt in returning my call about setting up a tow and addressing my concerns. Quick diagnostic and my service Rep Jackson Blackwell was very thorough and kept me in the loop. I had my car back in two days fully repaired and no hidden fees or service I was unaware of. Whenever I had a question their was a prompt response. By the time BMW Dealerships and competition got back to me I was already back on the road.....Hands down Best BMW Service in the area!!!!!! Don't waste your time or money going with another shop!

Although it remains to be seen, since I just got my car a few days ago, I do trust their workmanship, and I believe they are doing their best to address concerns regarding vehicle maintenance in advance. It is still up to the customer to approve the estimate before proceeding.

I had a great experience at Bimmer Performance. Keyona was kind and responsive. She fit me into their schedule on short notice, and gave me a very fair estimate for the work that I was requesting. I had several modifications completed by Steven, who fit and applied them seamless. He also took the time to explain each feature and its best use case. I highly recommend this shop for their customer service and attention to detail.

Bimmer Performance in Durham absolutely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, I knew this wasn't your average repair shop. My service writer was Jackson and both he and Keyana were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I received the best possible service. Jackson meticulously explained everything, making sure I understood the work needed and, importantly, what wasn't. His honesty and refusal to upsell unnecessary repairs instantly built a foundation of trust – a rare find these days! This is especially impressive considering I drove nearly 60 miles (one way) to get my car serviced here (new to NC needed a trustworthy shop so was giving Bimmer a shot for my business); I have high standards for my vehicles, and Bimmer Performance in Durham exceeded them all. They didn't just meet my expectations – which were already quite high – they surpassed them. The quality of the work was impeccable, and the entire experience was seamless and professional (Obviously this includes my service technician too!). If you're a serious BMW enthusiast who demands the best, look no further. Bimmer Performance in Raleigh is the place to go. Jackson at BPC is very professional and the team there is excellent! They have fair pricing and executed the work to my expectations. They went the extra mile and looked over my vehicle and captured a few areas of concerns ranging from minor to major, documenting these with video and pictures. Very thorough job and the repair work on the valve cover was outstanding; they helped me with my F10 535d without hesitation. I do most of repairs myself, but when I'm in a time crunch, I trust BPC to take care of me. Thank you for being awesome! Update (12/19/24) - Jackson and his team did a wonderful job replacing the headlights on my 2014 535d after both housings started to take on moisture to seal failure from age. One of the modules in the driver side lamp was damaged as a result of this moisture, making some functions inoperable. The BPC team was able to quickly and successfully diagnose the issue and my repair was efficiently completed; the BPC team did this well below the original estimate too. Expectations are always met, if not exceeded. When you need an expert team for your BMW, BPC is the team to use. Jackson and Keyana are amazing and represent BPC well, managing customer iteractions very candidly and professionally.

First time at BPC. Very pleased with the service. I was looking for a second opinion on an expensive repair. The diagnostic cost was reasonable, the service was efficient and Jackson was knowledgeable about the main topic plus some other topics. Had to go back a second time for tweaks and they were taken care of promptly.

I own a 2008 550i I purchased in June 2024. I have had to make both expected and unexpected visits for repairs. The previous owner used BPC so I thought it was a good idea to stick with them since they knew the car. I am glad I did! The customer service there has been nothing short of outstanding. Both Jackson and Keyona are an asset to BPC. They are friendly and are able to articulate what repairs can wait and which ones cannot. They have allowed me to vent my feelings and frustration (lol!) while coming up with strategies and solutions that work for me financially……….. Rob

Keyona was great to work with and communicated every step of the way. Part installation went perfectly. Judging by the other BMWs being worked on and the quality of the work done on mine, it’s easy to see that BPC is a trusted expert and I’ll be using them again in the future.
