The work on my truck was great. They got the problems fixed. It took a few days to get us something to drive which was an inconvenience since we live in the country and the truck was our only transportation. I was happy with the work they did.

Avoid this dealership! I have paper work, receipt, claiming that they did an oil change yet my truck is screaming at me saying I am past due for an oil change. They were supposed to rotate the tires, they didn't. They didn't even bother to inflate the tires tothe proper level. When I brought this up to Ford theytold me the truck was ly8ng and to do some manual reset. I'm oldi here zero clue how to do that. Also if they really did the oil change why didn't they reset the com0uter? If I can't trust you to reset the computer how can I trust you actually did the job?

Great communication. Car repair is expensive, but don’t think Billingsly is out of line with their fees. Provided a loaner vehicle when repair parts arrived damaged from Ford (not Billingsly’s fault). I’ll be taking my vehicles back for service. Good people.

I brought my truck 🛻 in for a quick fix. Eddie had ordered a clip needed to keep a rubber cushion near the tailgate on. He took the time to come out in the bay and fix it! That truly made my day where I didn’t have to make an appointment. I’m a first time Ford Maverick truck owner and because of this special treatment I will continue to have my truck serviced at Billingsley Ford!

I have never been disappointed with my Ford products since I have started buying them in 1989, I have owned a Escort, Festiva, Explorer, Escape, Fiesta ,Eco Sport. The staff at Billingsley are very friendly and professional. I will continue to do business with them. *UPDATE* Just purchased another Ford, this time an Edge! Absolutely horrible. I drove out of state to go buy a car, when I arrive the car had more dents all over the hood from hail, scratches, curb rash, etc. all over the car than they posted. On my way back from the dealership with my “buy as is” car. The head gasket blew before I could even make it home, 2 months later and 2,600 dollars I finally got my car back from being fixed. Went to go get the car inspected before I got it in my name just to find out it failed inspection for a wheel bearing. The door handle won’t work anymore, the trunk won’t stay open. Lastly I was supposed to get a jack set in the mail just to never receive one.All within 3 months of owning a car from there. Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend no matter how good the deal may seem. Just overall a disgrace of a company.
