Miguel did a great job. He was always calling me and letting me know that they didn't bought the battery but as soon they bought it he called so I could test the car. 100% recommended and i did bought the car Stay away from financial department they will lie to you and they will tell you they are getting in contact with you the next day but they won't.

As an 84 year old woman I trusted the Certified Safety that Bill Luke promised. I guess I am just naive. After a week with my Mazda 2021 cx30 I took it to my mechanic. Low and dirty oil, battery on it's last legs and 4 mismatched tires on an awd drive car. Is this safe? Called and talked to Chris, my salesman, got no response back.Be careful!

Was extremely happy with entire purchase process. Salesman Diego Villavazo was attentive with zero sales pressure. His personality is fun and takes so much stress off the experience. The sales manager, finance personnel, and everyone else in the transaction were all friendly and were zero pressure. If I disagreed they did not push. The best part is this dealer is one of few that do not add thousands of high margin aftermarket items to pad the profit. I've been buying cars for over 30 years and Bill Luke is one of the best I've utilized.

Walked in to inquire on Ford f150 I seen advertised. Sales Person Oscar approached my wife and I and immediately introduced himself. I explained I was interested in a 2013 Ford f150 they had advertised. Oscar wasted no time got us the keys and explained Bill Luke's policy. We ended up purchasing truck and Oscar went above and beyond in getting paper work necessary for purchase and attended to our needs and answered all our questions. I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to see Oscar at Bill Luke. My wife and I left dealership with confidence of a great buy at a great price.

Had to change my review to one star. It turns out Bill Luke Marana sold me a vehicle with existing service alerts that unexpectedly turned out to be pack rat damage. Not cool to ignore during your “re-conditioning” process Bill Luke. It’s feeling like a “gotcha” moment. Think carefully before purchasing from Bill Luke.

As a car buyer, My experience left me disappointed and frustrated. I purchased a "new" car (5,000miles) from the Bill Luke Marana used car dealership, excited about the prospect of driving off with a reliable vehicle. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned when I realized that I wouldn't receive a second backup key. (Approx $500) Here’s why this situation was less than ideal: 1. Lack of Preparedness: When you buy a "new" car, you expect the dealership to be well-prepared. Unfortunately, in my case, they failed to provide a second key. It’s not like I was asking for something extravagant—I simply wanted a basic expected necessity. 2. Risk of Losing the Only Key: Having just one key is nerve-wracking. What if I misplace it? What if it gets stolen? Suddenly, my joy of owning a new car turned into anxiety about safeguarding that single key. 3. Costly Replacement: The dealership’s response? “You can always get a replacement key later.” But here’s the catch: getting a replacement key is expensive, about $500. It involves specialized programming equipment, and the dealer charges a premium for it. Why should I pay extra for something that should have been included? 4. Customer Service Letdown: When I raised my concern, the dealership’s attitude was lackluster. They brushed it off as if it were a minor inconvenience. No apologies, no effort to rectify the situation—just a dismissive response. In summary, my car-buying experience was marred by the absence of a second backup key. It’s disappointing that a dealership, which prides itself on customer satisfaction, fell short in such a basic aspect. If you’re considering buying from them, be aware of this potential pitfall. As for me, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next car purchase. UPDATE: The owner says in their response “they attempted to contact me” They have my email and mobile number and NEVER reached out. So the attempt must be this Google response itself… REALLY?!

I had an amazing experience purchasing a vehicle with Bill Luke. Diego Villalvazo was very helpful and understanding of my needs. I was hesitant to get a loan so I wanted something on the cheaper side but the options were so limited with my financing options but that not did not deter Diego. He was patient and worked hard to get a good deal for me.
