***UPDATE 12/23/24*** I picked up my car today & the minute I laid eyes on my car I couldn’t believe the job they did. My car looks better now than it did when it went in 😭 the Arizona sun has killed my paint, and I was honestly worried how weird my car would look with the repair and the new paint, but they blended everything and most the sun damage is gone.. my car genuinely looks so amazing. It was even spotless & clean on the inside and I was expecting to take it to be cleaned sometime after I picked it up. It was nice to finally meet some of the crew responsible for my positive experience and put faces to names I was informed every bit of the way, pictures and documents . I live an hour and twenty minutes away, but if I ever need any body work done on any of our vehicles, it is worth the drive hands down. Thank you again to everyone here. You guys have truly made a positive from a negative and I can’t thank you enough. I unfortunately was involved in a car accident a week ago and this is the shop the at-fault drivers insurance is working with to do the estimate of repairs on my vehicle. I just want to shout out to Dee, who has been so patient and helpful during the process of setting up a tow for my car from an hour and a half away in sierra vista. I have not been involved in a car accident so this is all new to me and Dee has gone above and beyond to find answers and help, she even helped me figure out the insurances plans for my car rental 😅 which I don’t believe she had to do, so huge shout out to you girl! I’m confident that if my car should be repairable, I am in good hands!

Was rear-ended and brought my truck to Big Sky to get repaired. They kept me posted on progress, worked well with the insurance company, and my truck looks brand new! 10 out of 5 stars - very happy with how detailed they were and how clean my truck was inside and out when I got it back.

10 out of 10! Not only do they do what they say when they say, they believe in customer service. They are a true unicorn in an industry that rarely puts the customer AND service in front of everything else. Dee and Javier are the best in the business. Their reputation reflects why they have so many repeat customers. I hope I don’t need body work again, but if I do, I know exactly where I will go!

Should be 100 star. This is the best place for quality work and prices. We got hit by someone without insurance in a parking lot and was able to opt for out of pocket so our insurance didn't attach points to our plan for 3 years.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from Big Sky Collision Center. Our vehicle was in their shop for over a month past the promised completion date, and throughout that time, we were rarely updated on the progress. We had to spend a considerable amount of money on rental vehicles because of their delays. To add to the frustration, we received a call at 4:17 PM on a Friday informing us that the vehicle was finally ready, giving us no time to pick it up before the weekend. This lack of communication and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Upon picking up the vehicle, we discovered several issues, even after only a partial inspection. Here is a list of problems we found: • Rear decklid misaligned • Scratch on the left rear quarter panel • Debris in the paint on the rear bumper • Smudges on the rear door glass • Rear window was dirty • Three screws were found in the rear seat With the extended time they had the vehicle, these issues should not exist. Furthermore, they were not proactive in checking the accuracy of the parts received for the repairs. This overall experience was incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for professional, timely, or high-quality service.

I judge the quality of work provided by a shop, by how clean and presentable the work area is maintained. The shop area was clean and well organized. I've seen shops in the past where tools were strewn all over the place and dirt and filth crusting up on the floor. Not this place.

If you live in Tucson or the surrounding area, this is the place to go for all your body shop needs. I honestly would drive from anywhere to have BigSky do my work!! As a customer, you are a member of their family and they treat you as such!!! Xavier knows his stuff!! He knows all the ins and outs of dealing with insurance and honestly gives the best price for private pay. He is so knowledgeable about this business and always advocates for the customer. Every one in the shop is friendly, professional, and makes you a priority. My car was in and out within the week as promised and they went above and beyond to clean my car and check everything over. I have dealt with other body shops and have never had this type of quality service. This is your hometown go-to!!!! I cannot say enough about how pleased I am. Thanks Xavi, Tom, & Dee!!

A friend recommended this company for a repair to my son's car. A couple scratches on the driver's side and a replaced mirror for the driver. When somebody scratched the side of his car. The owner of the company swore up-and-down the insurance would cover everything and they only do the work the insurance covers and none of it would be out-of-pocket for us. 4 weeks later, he's trying to charge us storage fees because the bill hasn't been paid. The bill was WAY overcharged and the insurance was challenging it because the shop was claiming a lot of parts and work that were never done. They even charged to re-skin a door that was never done. It got so bad that we became the middleman between them and the insurance company. The insurance manager had offered if this place could show a single bill that was paid by any insurance company for the hourly rates they were charging, he would pay the balance out of his own pocket. The owner of Big Sky swore up-and-down that was their standard rate, but he could never offer a single receipt where it was paid. He then wanted us to pay the $500, on top of the seventeen thousand the insurance company had to pay for a couple scratches and replaced mirror. And when I finally picked up the car. They hadn't even replaced the mirror that they had charged for and it still had the temp mirror I had put on that I had taken from pick a part. A mirror the owner had claimed didn't match the car and charged the insurance to replace.

Big Sky Collision Center is amazing. They were transparent about the whole process while repairing our Highlander from extensive hail damage. Xavier made working with our insurance easy. They helped us with getting our rental car and returning it. It’s apparent they value and appreciate their customers. When we picked up our finished car they had gone above and beyond. The car was washed, detailed, and they even replaced a burnt out taillight for us. The shop is extremely busy so it will take time for your car to be finished, but it will be in the best hands and worth the wait. Xavier and his team are good, honest people. If our car even needs body work again we’ll definitely be coming back.

Blew past original estimated completion date and it’s costing me. As of the date of this posting it’s 2 weeks past. Poor to no communication. Promised to keep me updated but I heard I wouldn’t get my car when promised from my insurance company. Is avoiding answering questions about new date of completion.

I took my car here because I was rear ended and had to replace my trunk door. I was very happy with the work they did on my car. The paint matches great and everything seems to fit just in place as it should. Very nice people as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone to needs collision repair.

First point of contact was great, very helpful and informative, they made the process very easy. Gave me a day for drop off and they did the rest of the work from there on, handle everything with the car insurance company. It was a long process only to due how much handle had been fine to the vehicle but every time I called they had an answer for me for this or that. Thank you bigsky!

Xavier and his staff were just amazing! The person at fault backed into my 3 and a half month old 2024 Hyundai Venue's rear bumper. Just got my car back from Big Sky today and it looks like nothing ever happened...it's Brand new again! And they completely detailed my car! They also handled all the claims insurance stuff for me. I'm a very happy customer!

A part of my front bumper came loose on the passenger side and I was stressing about getting it done due to being afraid of how much it would cost. Finally I bit the bullet and decided to go here to get some help since my stepdad had a great experience and due to the 5 star ratings on here. I was seen to immediately and got some help from one of the guys that work there. It turned out to be a very minor thing (thankfully) but if I ever need help again, I’m heading here. I wish I would have gotten the kid’s name but I just tried to shower him with appreciation. They are busy for a reason! Thank you! Thank you!
