From what I can tell, they fixed my car fairly well other than using a part that was bent without notifying me or even attenpting to get a part that was not. There was a problem with their repair making noise it was not supposed to and when I went to take it in they would not even look at it and boasted how they went above and beyond in other areas.

Fast. Great job. Took care of dealing with the insurance company! Hassle free. Only shop I know of in the county that has a big enough shop to work on a Mercedes sprinter van.

First, I’d like to say how friendly. I feel they were straight from the beginning. The car was done pretty much when they said it would be done. They were very easy to work with. I could not believe I had my car back in two weeks. I was talking to people. Their car hasn’t even been touched in 2 1/2 months. I’ve been given their names, their cards. They are fantastic. Their bids are fair, they’re easy to work with when going over the bid. A+

Ross and his team were incredibly accommodating and helped me get my vehicle back on the road quickly when other shops across Bozeman couldn’t get me in for months. They had great communication and delivered exactly what they said they would and when they said they would.

Worst first experience possible and even came with a customer service fee of 30$ with my deductible on top of 55 days for front bumper and valence on 2008 jeep still having issues with hard steering after the fact. Absolutely rude and left hanging multiple times during the 55 days. Also got to hear from the owner about his methed up personal and their personal business. Update found multiple issues on the drive home lugs loose on the fronts ended up losing one and that's the worst of it thankfully. Thanks for the (free) tire. Found the power steering pump return/ pressure line loose pouring fluid I'm at odds with service and now quality.

I had been to a couple of body shops to have the rear quarter panel of my Nissan banged out . All places wanted 8-10k to cut it out and repair the car has 98k miles I just needed it not to rip my tire up when I hit a pot hole . Then I was just driving by big sky met Ross he said three hours on the lift we got you .now I’ll drive the car until the tires fall off . Thanks to Shelly , front tesk well Ross is a stud and Shelly your just going to have to see for your self ;)) Five stars every catagory !!!

I love this place! They have fixed my car several times now and have done such a nice job. Their prices are fair and they got it done quickly. They also made it really simple on me and handled all the insurance photos. I cannot recommend them enough; you can trust these guys.

My sunroof shattered… Gave them a call and they got me in the same day for an estimate. What’s even better is they shipped the glass to the shop overnight and my car was repaired the next day. Honest people and great price.

Fair prices, extremely fast service. I wasn’t expecting them to vacuum and clean the interior of my truck, but that was a nice touch! They execute on quality of service you don’t find nowadays. Will definitely be back!

Part of a repair from last year needed to be redone. Big Sky Collision acknowledged the problem and took ownership of it, ordered a part and repaired my car in one day. They could not have been more professional or helpful.

Ross and Shelley are wonderful! They do a great job! I have a car rental business in town and they have fixed a few of my vehicles and they always come back like nothing ever happened to them. Definitely recommend them
