I have been very pleased with the tires I purchased and the service at Big Red Tire Pros. I get free tire rotation and they put a sticker on the windshield to let me know when I’m due for it. When I originally needed new tires they were the only place that could get the tires I was looking for quickly as I’d had a blowout and wasn’t crazy about driving around on the spare.

I'm from out of town. My husband is in Madonna Rehab. My car's check engine light came on, with several notices of failures in the system. The engine was running rough. I called Big Red Tire Pros, and they agreed to run a diagnostic test to find the problem, but were booked for service that day. When I brought the car in, they ran the test, actually fixed the problem, and even took the car for a test run to make sure it was safe for me to drive. They were so very kind and professional. They went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Used BRT when I first moved to Lincoln a few years ago and have been using them since for my work truck. Always quick to get me in and provides reliable service. I’ve only used them for tires, but would highly recommend them for any services they provide. They have a small waiting room so you can work while services are completed. Best thing is definitely Penny - the office dog. She’s the sweetest and loves neck scratches 🤍

Had a screw i my tire and couldn't tell whether it penetrator the tire. They took the tire off inspected it and determined it had not penetrator. But to be on the safe side they applied a patch inside tire to be safe.

Guys professionally installed four Cooper Cobra radial GT's for me. I ordered five, and while waiting for my last rim to be powder coated they allowed my invoice to stay open for almost a year. Incredibly understanding and cooperative. These guys have amazing customer service and support. 5-stars all day.
