Amazing Job! I brought my car in for Front Brakes at Premier Auto on Oracle about 9 month ago and they told me that my rear brake pads were at a 2-3 and needed to be replaced as well. I decided not to get them replaced and when I brought my car into Big O Tires for a Rear Brake Services & Oil Change, they told me that I didn't need rear brakes at all. They were at a 7-8.. I left there spending much less than I was expecting and I really appreciated the honesty. 5 STARS!

As soon as I walked into the BigO tire shop I was greeted with a smile and was helped immediately, I put 4 new tires on my daughter's ultima. The Big O service writer found out what size Tires I needed and came up with the complete total and no hidden charges. He then said It would take 45 minutes to an hour and that they would call me when the car was ready. 55 minutes later they call me and said the car was ready. I appreciate the customer service that I experienced. I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism throughout my tire purchase. I will continue to go there for all of the tires and service that I might need. Thanks to the entire Big O team

I actually like coming here! They are very nice, friendly, honest and do great work. I actually hesitated giving a rating for I don't want them to be too busy but they definitely deserve a 10 star rating. So far they are not too busy. Thanks Big O Alvernon Team!!!

I recently purchased a vehicle and the tire had a slow leak. I Seen that the tires were Big O Tires and from Experience I knew that Big O Tires have a wonderful warranty. So dropped by the Big O Tires on Alvernon and just past 22nd and asked if they could take a look at the tire and let me know if they could fix it. They Fixed it and they did it for Free‼️🥰 I Am going to need new tires and I Know exactly where I Am going to purchase them‼️ Big O‼️😁❤️

This Big O Tire store went over and beyond what I had expected. A spare that would not hold air and another tire with a slow leak, both fixed after I was blown off at another major tire store. This Big O Tire will be the store I purchase my tires in the future. Excellent service!
