I went there on Thursday January 23, 2025 for an oil change... They did not tighten the oil filter causing my car to leak oil ... My car went 100 miles out of town for that weekend. My son said that there was no oil in and that it was leaking oil very badly. A friend of the family jacked the car up and found that the oil filter was not tightened. I could have lost my entire car. They will be seeing me on Monday. ****UPDATE**** I did take my car back that following Monday and asked to speak with the manager, I told him what has been happening to my car. They took it in and checked it out and found out the oil filter they used was defective. So, they replaced the oil filter and oil free of charge and cleaned up all the oil drips underneath my car... I was very pleased how nice the manager was about my situation. I always hear of horror stories about how auto shops refuse to look at the problem after services they performed. I'm grateful and I will give more stars... Thank You to the manager Manny for being kind and helpful and fixing the proble....

I have returned to Big O on Wilmot in Tucson numerous times, and this time I had a lot of work that needed to be done on my truck's suspension. The owner and staff of the store were all involved, friendly and helpful. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up since it was the better part of a day's work. On top of all this, I got a much better price for all the work than the other estimates I got. My truck is driving very smoothly again and on five new tires...well driving on four and I have a new spare again, finally. I am very relieved to have this big job done and behind me. Having saved quite a lot of money in addition, I am so pleased. Thank you, owner Evan Raley and Big O Tires on Wilmot!

Very good customer service but they rotated my tires without my consent. If they would have asked me before doing it I would not wanted that to be done. Nothing should be done before customer consent. I will have to undo this tire rotation. I was just wanting a oil change

I was coming in for an oil change for my 2017 equinox. After I handed over my keys, they offered an air filter replacement and wheel rotation which, i had declined both. The ride back home was rougher than usual. Bumpier... seemingly, because my tire air pressure had been increased in all for tires, from 34psi to 59psi in every tire (it displays on the dash). The recommended pressure is 44psi (displayed on each tire as we all know). That would be my only complaint. The long term effect is what I'm actually worried about. A rougher ride with greater wear on the tread. I'm not sure if this was deliberate, but given the benefit of the doubt - I just think that it's bizarre my wheels were even touched when only the oil changed was discussed when I brought it in. But I really needed the oil done, so thanks for that. Thanks for hearing me out and take care! The feedback text I received offered 2 choices, positive or negative. When I select negative, it takes me to big Os website but would not let me submit the feedback without completing a captcha, which was no where to be found. So here is where the"positive" choice brings me. I wouldn't have made my complaint public, but it's structured this way....

The second visit wS ok when you guys replaced the cat co verter for the 3rd time the first visit the one with the oil change was not because I mentioned to the lady about checking the fluids do not know if that was done I also asked about checking the check engine that was on then off they said they could do that they did not because the following week it came back on which led to changing the inverter again. Everything I come in the mechanic will tell me I need something done which is not wanted to have done In other words they are varying to get more out of me I do not roll that way

Wonderful shout-out to manny and the rest of the crew there for taking the time to really inspect my Lexus ES350 due to a noise I heard. Due to an upcoming trip I have I was concerned but they put my mind at. Thank you. They also went above and beyond for my sins 08 Chevy truck.

Called Big-O and asked if they could pressure test my cooling system because I have been having to add coolant every 2 weeks. I had seen a wet spot under the middle of my car. Butch said yes and that they did a free diagnostic. Within 10 minutes they told me it was leaking from the coolant reservior. I questioned if the pressure test was done because I never saw them connect anything to the radiator and it had only been 10 minutes. I was assured it had been and the reservior was cracked. When I told him I spilled coolant on the reservior and that was the cause of the old coolant on it he insisted it was cracked. Two days and $160.00 later I returned because I saw coolant leaking and smelled it. The manager had it pressure tested for real this time. In addition to a hose they cant replace in the middle of my car which was the original leak I saw, it is also leaking from the hose that connects to the reservior that they replaced. This is a new wet spot! The manager Manny would not do anything to correct me being lied to about it being pressure tested the first time. Said I have to go elsewhere to fix it. They created the second leak at the reservior hose. When I got home I noticed my coolant level was well below the minimum mark. They didnt even top it off. Now im adding coolant every 2 days instead of every 2 weeks until I save up $500 to have a reputable business fix it. I will never go to Big-O again.

Wouldn't warranty tires (discount did). Took two trips to get tires rotation right (wrong hub caps up front). Lost my locking lug nuts and just put on others with different wrench size (not mine). Gave me replacement locking lug nuts that are the wrong thread. I got burned. Hopefully, they can get their act together.
