Needed four new tires. Spoke with Johnny, picked up within a couple of rings, scheduled an appointment in the next half hour and had my car back that day! Turned out I needed struts and sway bars in the front, not the back. He didn't oversale. I knew my struts were toast. The entire event was quick, courteous and efficient. I did have the TPMS light on and was told it would reset. Turns out one the monitors went dead so I took it back. Tacoma is 8 years old, probably time to replace anyway. Johnny gave me one free since I had all replaced. I would definitely recommend this group. Easy to get service and quick.

Now, this is great service I had my tires replaced on my truck one of the lug nuts broke. (they offered to replace them for free I will be going back) Since I had just left there, I called them. The manager Johnny asked me where I was at came over and assessed my situation. In less than 10 minutes he took care of the problem, and I was back on the road. That is service beyond service Big O tires on 281 And Bitters road you gotta go see them. I wanted to write a new one. Not just add-on to this one They did it again. No matter how bad I drove they did it again. No matter how rough the road was, (and u kno the S.A. streets) no matter what, they did it again put f÷×k n smile on my face. My truck rides like a new truck they put a part on my truck that I had bought at a reasonably price. Once again, Johnny and his crew at 281 and bitters, you gotta go see them they will put a 😃 on your face

I came in at 45 min to close and Lee was there to greet me. They actually repaired my tire with professionalism and quality. I truly appreciate the Character of Lee and the co-workers integrity. This morning I noticed I needed a set of tires, I checked a couple of different shops & by far Big O on San Pedro Ave was excellent with Lee who assisted me from beginning to end of the transaction. I would recommend Lee & Justin for awesome customer service & being humble , also kind while taking care of me. Please acknowledge these fine professional men for being one of a kind. Johnnie and Johnathan are both awesome managers. Discount tires gave me the run around about how I needed to purchase high price items or items that I ended up not needing. For instance, I went to Big O and Johnnie found me new tires that fit my budget and when the other company said I needed to purchase all new tire sensors because 1 was going out, he checked it and said that the sensor was working fine and the tire just needed to be filled up. Plus they saved me money on being a full service also, I was able to get my suspension worked on and get an oil change for about 40$ less than were I normally go. Big O is the place to go. Love this place!

I came in to have a tire fixed on one of our company vans. They were able to get it fixed quickly. Also talked to Johnny about doing about our company vehicle tire needs. Our Operations Manager was happy with the info I gave him. We brought one of our busses in for a couple new tires.

Just got my cat some new tires alignment and some other things done this morning. They are super fast and friendly and of course a great price as well! Lee our sales associate explained all my options for new tires and was very knowledgeable on all questions that I had, Johnny the store manager was very helpful with all my questions with the alignment process...As a person in the customer service industry I can say with 100% truthfulness that both parties I dealt with did an absolutely great job in giving us a great customer experience!!!
