Very knowledgeable people, clean facility, great atmosphere. Andrew got me in and out quickly. All of my tire pressure sensors were not working on my vehicle.

Hard to trust if I could rate 0 stars I would The little bald manager is very unproffesional and almost got dealt with but he needs to thank God I have a heart and didnt want to start trouble. When you get service double check their work and double check your service reciepts make sure you get what your hard earned money pays for.

I recently took my 2017 Dodge Challenger to Big O Tires for service, and I couldn't be more impressed! The service included new rear brakes, rear rotors, and a coolant flush. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Andrew, in particular, stood out for his professionalism and excellent customer service. He took the time to explain the details of the service, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. My Challenger feels as good as new! | highly recommend Big O Tires for their quality service and dedicated team members like Andrew. I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. I came just for an oil change. They recommended that I get an new cabin filter, a new engine filter, a battery and other stuff. The only issue is that this woman already changed her cabin filter and engine filter LITERALLY a couple days before coming to this shop to get an oil change. The only reason I don't do an oil change myself is that I don't have the equipment. Ladies, word to the wise, be careful when you come here. Know your basics or come with a guy. Not being sexist, but sadly this has happened to me multiple times before at diff places and its a different story when a guy comes with me or for me. And my battery was also recently changed too btw, so I don't need a new one. 😑 They didn't reset my miles for the oil change, so I did it outside their parking lot myself.

Very nice workers, always polite.But the last 2 times I’ve been here I have made appointments and still wait over an hour for my car to even be put in the bay. Took my car elsewhere for the oil change since I took time from work just for this.

This is the only place I take my cars/truck for alignments. The always do a great job in a timely manner for a great price. I get a before and after diagram showing where the adjustments were made.

We have gotten our oil changes here a couple times and have never had any problems. The guys that work there are nice. It can take a long time but that's ok with me.

The way the manager was yelling at the customer was so unprofessional !!! You’re here to meet and exceed the customers requirements.!!! yelling out to the customers is unnecessary so what I did is just made a U-turn and walked out . reported it to the Better Business Bureau . Found out that they’re not affiliated with them so customers beware make sure wherever you go get service that they are in tune with the Better Business Bureau in case you have situations That will lead to mechanical issues..

Went in they told me my strut was bad and they could do the work. And re do my Alignment. I said no. The manager said to go ahead and replace it. And come back and they would adjust my alignment.whent home got the part a few days later .installed it when back.the guy said the would look at it then comes and tells me my lower control arm is bad .and if I return I would have to pay again. They don't know whut there talking about.i will never use them again. And I will tell all my friends and family not to waste their time and money there just trying to get into your pocket!!
