Customer Service Manager (Tony) is providing an amazing service. Exceptionally friendly and professional, he advised me on what my service would entail and the cost. Afterwards, he explained clearly what they found and what the solution was. The price was especially reasonable and I was in and out in just about 30 minutes. Tony is a great representative for the Big O Tires chain. I am making Big O Tires my go-to for automotive needs. Thank you!

The service was great and the time for the service was fast. I will definitely be taking all my vehicle there from now on. George called me and informed me of my vehicle status during the process. Will be asking for George every time I go back.

Went in for alignment on a 2024 Vehicle. They put it on the rack and I thought they were done after 1hr but instead informed me they don't have the factory specs loaded in computer to do my alignment. Why did it take 1hr to figure that out??? We are in 2025 and you don't have last years vehicle specs??? Waste of my time and I have been going there for years and never issue like this. Disappointing

Tony went above and beyond to help me in a stressful time.he greeted me at the door and immediately helped me in getting my battery replacement and even carried it to my vehicle. I was very pleased!!! This is the way a customer should be treated!!

Came in too get a wheel alignment was helped by Tony can’t express how much of a great help he is a couple months back I came in to get my tires changed and past techs forgot to put my spare in Tony found one for me instantly took care of me,hard to find people who care about customers anymore I will be a customer for life Thanks again Tony

Gm all, I wanna say that Manny is a young man sent from God! I was in desperate need of air in my tire. I know it's free but I'm a woman who doesn't know how to put air in my tires and he showed up with gratitude and willing to help me out. He did a fantastic job! He checked all my tires and even checked to see if there was a hole in my tire. He explained to me that my air was at an 8. And filled my tires at their normal levels. All I can do is praise God for sending a young man who enjoys his job! Thank you Big Tire for your service. I will be looking to buy my tired from u soon.

Legendary customer service …. Rick and Tony !!!!! … got me in and replaced my tires 30 min before close , and topped of oil for free . Everything I asked for was done. Come over here. These guys are awesome.

My truck was shaking very badly and could not figure out why. The guys at this location to there time to properly diagnose my truck and stayed late to fix my vehicle so that I could work the next day. Steven and Andrew were so helpful, welcoming and understanding. I plan to recommend my family to have there vehicles worked on at this location. Honestly and knowledgeable technicians!
