They gave a full breakdown of everything wrong with my car and managed to give multiple discounts to give the best affordable price. Blake was a legend and the mechanic who worked tirelessly on my vehicle. Trust them they take care of you anyway possible and has given such a good experience.

Came here to try it. Good service nice people but they do charge for patches when discount tire doesn’t. It’s a good option if you don’t want to wait in the discount tire lines. Patch would have been about $35 if it wasn’t covered under my tire warranty from the dealership.

Everyone was real nice and helpful. Called multiple shops and they had what I needed ready to go. Called at 830. Appointment at 9am tires done by 945! Brought 3 separate cars for tire flat repairs and each time the rep just wanted to sell tires not even try a repair. I guess typical tire shop

Fantastic customer experience at my Big O tire location. Blake at the front desk and the garage staff went above and beyond taking care of my vehicle. Clean waiting area and courteous customer service. It wasn't a big job, but they made me feel just as important. Big thanks to all of them!

I went in to get 3 tires for my car. When they took my car into the bay to change the tires, they brought it back in under 30 minutes. They did a fantastic job and fast. They were very friendly and courteous. Will be back for other services too. That you Big O Tires. Good bless you.

I was out of town, and was referred here from another shop to fix my flat tire, guys we nice and even gave my military discount, was “fixed” Saturday, at home Sunday night, and tire was low, was charged $30 for a patch, took car to home shop and they opened the tire to patch it, and no patch, I called and spoke to them, I’m sure they are irritated as much as I was, then said they fixed the front tire, I told them, no way, when I specifically said driver rear tire, and beside the rear tire had the marking of where the nail was, and then I was told they dnt use grease pens to mark anymore, well I didn’t mark it. Needless to say, somebody there looked at it and marked it, and didn’t patch it or plug it, but I was charged $30 for a non flat tire fix

I never give reviews but this place deserves more than 5 stars. The manager took my truck in. I needed 4 tires mounted and balanced and a wheel alignment. They worked with me and we're super polite and respectful. Got it done. Even stayed 1 hour past closing to make sure it was done right. My phone died while I was there and he let me use his charger. Definitely coming back for any other service I need.

Started going to this store when we moved from from H-Town a few short years ago. I had to step away about two years ago and go to another Big O Tires store a bit farther from my home due to lack of professioanalism and a lack of good managerial skillls. I recently returned to this location for a quick tire rotation and noted that Robert has things well in hand. He was courteous, professional and demonstrated strong customer service. Good that I don't need to drive as far any longer. Strong automotive technicians do not always make strong business store managers.

Went in over the weekend to get some work done on my vehicle, it took some time but, considering what I needed done it was reasonable timing. while I waited the staff kept updating me on the status of my car. Staff was very informative and helpful, definitely recommend.

I didn’t even buy my tires there and asked if they can swap my flattened tire with a tire I had previously purchased from another place that was not open at the time….they did so with no hesitation and fast enough that I was not late to work! Definitely have my business from now on!

Don't come to this place they will have you waiting for nothing had an appointment at 1 waited over an hour just so they could say there machine is not working right instead of letting me know when I got there

Went to get an oil change and tire rotation. Beware friends, mark one of your tires with chalk to make sure the tire rotation is being done because my rotation was never done. Brought representative out to my car and showed proof. He apologized but said that next time, he would make sure it was done. Horrible experience

Went to this location to get a tire on guarantee replacement. No customers at the lobby, made me wait like 8 minutes just standing there. Once they decided to give me the amazing opportunity to be listened (for the way the 3 employees treated me since my arrival, entitled pawns...) I requested the mentioned service and they just said "...I won't see your car for a while, if you still want to leave it here...". I was lucky enough to have something to do by the airport, so I decided to stop at their location on US281 and Mr. Johnny Aguirre, having a full lined up batch of cars for service, managed to get us all served promptly. It took me 25 minutes to get my car back with a new tire and ready to go, that's how America used to be, that's how you deserve to be treated. Avoid the Babcock location, not worth your money or good manners...
