I stopped by on my way to work and Justin got me in for a last minute oil change. He (or his team) was also able to identify another car issue I was having and get it fixed before my meeting was over that day. Taylor and Justin both went over the two options for financing at Big O and got me back on the road quickly and safely. The overall experience was great- they took something that could have been high stress and infused it with laughter. What more could you ask for from a car shop?

Not my favorite. They found a lot wrong with my truck. All I wanted was an oil change. Kind of felt like they were trying to upsell. Probably won't be back.

Went to Big o tires to get my tires. This is the only place I actually will go for tires now. I've had only good experience with Big O's. I have purchased some tires from them two years ago and I got flat and Big o exchange the tire for a new one. I've been to other tire shops like Discount and Firestone and anytime I've ever had an issue with my tires with them they still want to charge me partial use of my tire. So I highly recommend Big O tires for good tire and good customer service. And to add they also did my alignment. 😃

This place is the worst they don’t inspect your car properly they will steal your tools out your vehicle they will definitely overcharge you for everything then deny you a warranty so u have to come back I got a tire for 600 bucks went straight home then next day tire was back flat this is the second time it has happen then they accused me of running over a nail over the phone no nail present so they come up with any excuse when I took it back now my rim is cracked which it’s not and if it was aren’t you supposed to inspect my tire and rim before u put a $600tire on it like they are just money hungry chumps At this place I don’t recommend this place at all unless u just have money to throw away. They need to be sued if you ask me thousands dumped in to this dump not anymore find yourself another sucker. Walmart giving better service and tires any day of the week.

Justin and the rest of the team were awesome. They did an oil change and their mechanic fixed my thermostat issue in a timely manner. They were professional & kept me informed along the way. Recommend for sure.

A friend recommended Big O for my 2021 Lexus 200 NX which was suddenly not riding as smoothly as usual! I just popped into the shop at Northern/I-17 and they said they had time to look at it! Turns out it was out of alignment and within an hour I was back in my car for a smooth ride! Much easier & cheaper than the dealer! 😅 Staff was very thorough in explaining what I needed and why —- great group of guys! No pressure — just information ! 5 Stars!

Dude was arguing with me telling me Hyundai cars only take synthetic oil. Don’t know if he thinks I’m stupid, or if he genuinely is that stupid but yikes… hopefully they’re not picking up their technicians off the street because it sure looks like it.

Let me start by saying that I work in hospitality and were ever I go I look for great customer service. I have been taking my car to BOT for the last 3 years and they never disappoint me with their service. I went in on 12/10/2024 and I was greeted by a worker. He made eye contact with me within 15 feet and smiled and spoke to me within 5 feet! I hate I didn't get his name (Thick white male with a full beard and nice smile) this was the start of a great experience. The 2nd person I came in contact with, didn't get his name either. After he gave me the bad news of the repairs (I was only coming in for an oil change) I was not ready! He was very informative and knowledgeable. He told me what I needed for safety reasons and set me up with financing, so that I could get everything done that day! 10/10. I truly appreciate the kindness and help from the Team!

The guys at Big O Tires always do a great job. They never try to pressure me into getting services I didn’t originally go there for. They are always thorough with the inspection and are always a delight. I have moved out of the area, but wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my car.

BigO on Northern and 24 Ave. 1) The shop is clean and bathrooms are clean. 2) Front staff are friendly helpful and willing to listen to the issues with your Car. 3)After diagnosis staff will explain issue with you and estimate of repairs. 4) They Stand behind all repairs, if any issue comes up they gladly take care of concerns 5)Big O will honor all work Nation wide.6) Greatest of all they treat me and other people with respect and a concern for safety. 7) They are very likeable people, I drop by sometimes just to say hello. 8) plus free coffee and water, A/C temp just right 9)Highly Recommended Big O.
