Big O Tires

$6500 in damage caused to my vehicle by this incompetent Big O. Been fighting with them for 6+ months trying to get them to help with the costs of repairs and they refuse. I should have known to avoid them when they weren't able to balance a tire properly (4 times). STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!

Just recently purchased tires for my vehicle and went to 75ave and lower buckeye location. They didn’t balance or do my alignment correctly because my vehicle was shaking. So I took it to another location on baseline and they kept my truck overnight, when I picked it up there was damage to my brand new tire and my rim was scratched. My check engine light came on, my truck has less than 50k miles and the light wasn’t on before. It came up with error for the break system which big o tires messed with because they made changes to the bolts where the lug nut connects. When I left my vehicle was shaking even more than when I left. I went back to find out they hadn’t even checked the balance or alignment which was the reason I took it in the first place. Horrible experience. If you need help with tires go to a Mexican tire shop. This corporate company is just ripping people off. 75ave and lower buckeye told me I need new shocks and struts. I went to the dealership to confirm and nothing was needing to be changed. This company makes commissions off of sales so they want to up charge everything instead of being honest.

Popped a curb in my truck and ended up getting two flat tires. Had my truck towed to this big O tire location from glendale in the middle of the night. I booked my appointment on line for 930 in the morning but because i work nights i wasnt going to be there. Called when they first opened spoke to the manager told him what happened and what ever he and the crew needed to i am fine with cause i had to be back on the road the same day. He said they will take care of it. I went to pick up my truck this after noon and they did great. They saved my stock wheels which i love got new tires on which my tires were under warrenty with them and all i had to do was pay for the new warrenty for the new tires. I was very happy with the team here. Reason i buy my tires from this shop and get always get the warrenty with them cause it comes with towing, roadside assistance and more. Will always be coming here for my tires.

Everyone in the place had no desire to work. Spent five hours could not get alignment and eventually only got four tires put on in five hours. Go anywhere else!!!!!

Watch out! Warning! Stay away from this company! I got there because my tire had a screw in the center of the tire and now they gave me the tire with very big damage on the edge of the tire. Very bad service in this location I will report them to the corporation, they damaged the tire when they removed it and they said it was like that. That's impossible! The rim is in perfect condition and the tire is damaged! How do you explain that? I have photos and video of the damage caused to the tire and evidence that they were the ones who caused the damage. Too bad for company with dishonest and lying workers. In the end they damaged my tire and I had to buy new tires thanks to these fools! Stay away from this incompetent company you can lose your life due to some accident caused by the bad work of this type of inexperienced people!

I just went in because over the phone. I got a quote for $65 tire, install and balanced. When I arrived, they gave me a quote of $135. Big difference

10/21/24 Beware!!! Stay away from this place!!! BAD Management specifically from Dave. Stay away from this place manager. Dave has no idea how install a wheel on a car. Complete car Care lol come on guys!! Tech's will will drive your lug nuts in with a Big O Milwaukee impact, full blast and ruin your lug nuts and threads. Absolute incompetence. These people have no business changing tires. They likely broke my wheel sensor. Unfortunately, I can't prove it. Of course they were glad to sell me a replacement at full price.. Nothing but inexperienced high School looking kids working in the shop. Kind of scary. They look just like what you'd expect over at Walmart. The manager (Dave) full of excuses defense their crappy service. And says that's the way they do it . I saw at least five different people working on my car so accountability is zero . They don't use torque sticks.. And only got the torque wrench out after I complained. Of course. Dave came out and told the guys to be careful cuz I was watching. By that point they had stripped out a lug nut luckily the threads were still fine on the stud so they scrambled find a replacement lug nut. Absolutely clueless! I wish I would have read the bad reviews before coming to this place. I can't believe people trust big O tires to work under the hood of their car.. I wouldn't even trust them to change the light bulb. Wish I could give zero stars.

After waiting for over one hour and a half in their lobby (I did mention to the guy that I was going to wait in their lobby)they didn’t have the decency to let me know that they were done working on my car, the way I noticed that they were done was because I saw it parked… thank you for making me wait unnecessary time, I have nothing else to do…great customer service 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 👎🏽

Update on service and warranty from my 5 star review from approximately a year ago. *BUYER BEWARE* I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issues with the tires I purchased (approximately $3k) from Big O Tires (Laveen) on June 17, 2023. After experiencing problems with my tires, I brought my vehicle to Big O tires Laveen, where I was informed that my shocks were the cause of the issue. I took my vehicle to the dealership for an inspection, only to find out that there was nothing wrong with the shocks. I then returned to Big O tires Laveen, for the same tire issues and was told that my alignment was off. Again, after having the alignment checked at the dealership and Big O tires Laveen, I was informed that there were no issues with the vehicle, and I would have to “just continue to drive on the tries until they wear out”. Since these visits to Big O tire Laveen, they have refused to rotate and balance my tires. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of service I have received. I have also been informed that all four of my tires now have “tire edging-tire cupping” due to my vehicle which has no mechanical issues (ss of today three tires). I have consistently brought my vehicle to Big O tires Laveen for maintenance and service, my concerns with the tires have not been addressed, continue to be ignored and I only receive excuses. I believe that the refusal to repair or replace my tires is completely unacceptable. Today, I am brought my vehicle in for the fourth time due to a slow leak in my left rear tire along the edge of my tire. It was replaced under warranty only I had to pay approximately $183.00 out of pocket. They staff is super nice when you spend money and buy tires but make you feel like a burden when you bring it your vehicle back for concerns. Another thing, what is the point to make an appointment online when your appointments are NEVER met. You still have to wait hours as if the appointment scheduled online was never made. I will never purchase Nitto tires, nor will I ever recommend Big O tires to family/friends, and I hope never to return to Big O tires Laveen if I don’t have to (based on my purchase location). Horrible service along with horrible tires. NEVER AGAIN!

had a slow leak and they were able to get me in within 30 mins and found I had a screw in the tire. Fixed it for no cost! great job!!
