Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport - My wife drove over parking spikes at night accidentally and shredded two tires while trying to pick me up as I arrived. The professionals at Big O flew into action to find the matching (and difficult to match) tires and install them quickly, putting us back on the road. Great job Big O! Thank you!!

Thought I was getting great service all I got was BS the service advisor Will quoted me over $900 for repairs, I went to another Big O location and they took a quick look at my paperwork and called BS. The location that I went to not only did a second look and helped me but cut the price. Basically get a second opinion if you go here.

EXTREMELY satisfied and grateful for crew at 52nd St/Thomas facility in Phx!!! Major and his team are always extremely dedicated, capable, and professional!!! Furthermore, facility operates with extreme efficiency, getting work done well, quickly and providing comprehensive and timely updates and everything needed. The team exudes an attitude of caring for it's clients, for which I am DEEPLY appreciative!!! Extremely comforting, in case an automotive issue ever arises!!!

Got an oil change there, they did everything fine, now about 1 year later my drain plug was put on with over 100ft/lbs of force, so my bolt is now stripped. *edit* the photo is the plug the flange of the bolt is bowed the opposite direction

Passing through Phoenix, I needed to get new tires on our vehicle. I decided to try Big O Tires. I walked in, and was greeted by Will, who I later discovered was the manager. He looked at my tires and gave me options, since I had to get them changed that day. I chose the option that worked best for me. The tires I chose were not in stock at the store, but were available at the warehouse. Will had another employee drive across town to the warehouse for the tires, and volunteered to drive me to my hotel so I wouldn't have to wait there. At the end of the day, the tires are great, the price was better than I had expected, and the service was outstanding. Thanks Will-and Big O Tires!!!

Took our daughters Kia in for an oil change and to check brakes. The Big O team did a great job checking the vehicle highlighting a couple of items that I did not see. In the end we were very satisfied with the service and communication of progress. The work was done timely and at a fair price. Kudos to Major and the team.

I am so glad that I went Big O. They told me and brought me into the shop to show me why my car was pulling to the right. They also educated me about why I should return the car as the air shock replacement was close to $8500.00. I then returned with a different car and they aligned it and they did a thorough check to make sure there was no hidden problems. I highly recommend them.

Called them the morning of Dec. 26th and they took my truck in 10min later. I was on my way an hour later with fresh oil in my GMC. This was after getting the run around from 2 other “full service” shops who say they handle diesels. Big O was fast, friendly and efficient.

If you’re looking for a great mechanic place Big O is your answer. Didn’t put unnecessary parts, you was always updated on the progress of your vehicle, I had my a/c serviced was blowing hot air recharged it and placed dye, asked me to drive it for 3-4 day to see if any leaks and there was the discharge and intake hose. Was repaired now the a/c is working fabulous. THANK. YOU. BIG O big shout out to Kendall, Zachery, Mike, and all others that work hard at BIG O TIRES👏👏 Give them around applause👏👏👏👍keep up the good work
