Came in this morning looking to purchase a set of tires. Treno helped me out and gave me multiple options and different price points in the end I chose the best one for me and also ended up changing my front brakes as well ! The transaction was smooth I was in and out in no time

Its easy to schedule an Oil change! The guys are always Courteous. I don't have issues when making an appointment, I go to this location even if my car needs worked on, other than an oil change.

I had an appointment for an oil change, which they were ready for. Everything they were going to do was explained to me and the cost detailed. They were prompt in doing the oil change and I was through with a half hour.

People there iS nothing absolutely nothing free as far as buy 2 get 2. Your counter help couldn't explain why my p255 50 r 18 tires would be $800 even seeing the same cheap tire itself in add for $97.00 each ,she couldn't even look up after trying to scam me. Be careful how are those tires 200 a piece with your deal when she quoted 114 installed for 1 tire. Everyone needs tires and big o wants to overprice just cuz they can.

Started my day with a blown out tire and decided to come into the shop as I'm far from my regular shop. Best decision ever. All of the employees were very helpful, no bull, just good guys doing great work. Treno at the front was transparent and walked me through the process of getting work done through warranty. He took the stress off of my shoulders and managed it. I'd recommend this store to everyone- especially if you live on this side of town.

Went to the Nissan dealership and they wanted to charge me $1400 to fix a wheel issue on my rogue. Refuse service and took.it to Big O on bell and 23rd Ave where Rob and his team did a thorough diagnostic of the vehicle and found NOTHING wrong. Feel that because I am female the dealership wanted to take advantage. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROB AND TEAM!!!! Not only did you save me $1400 but you didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee. You guys are the best. Been loyal customer for years and will continue to be!!

I went in on my lunch break to have my tire pressure sensor replaced. Rob was very friendly and informative. They worked on my car and got me in and out. They were very fast and efficient. They definitely have a new customer here and I will be referring my coworkers and friends to them!

If you are a woman or if your child’s car needs tires, do not send them here. They took advantage of my 20-year-old daughter and charged her for a tire when her tires were under warranty. She told them that I purchased the tires and that they were under warranty. They told her they can’t look it up and she’s gonna have to pay for the tire. They didn’t even tell her to call her mom and find out if she has the receipt or anything. They just took advantage of my daughter. Then when I brought the paperwork in to show them it is under warranty I was told she would not receive a refund because it was too late. She went yesterday and I brought the paperwork in today. Then when I asked to speak to his boss he told me he doesn’t have a boss because he owns the place, which I’m pretty sure was a line of bs. I have been going to the same Big O for many years and I will never go back. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Treno & Rob at Big O were amazing! My A/C was blowing cold out of my driver side but hot everywhere else in my SUV. I called and they were able to get me an appointment to inspect it within 30min. They took my vehicle in right way and checked my vehicle for any leaks and diagnosed it FREE of charge! They were able to recharge my AC and get me back up and running with ice cold air! From when I called to make the appointment, to picking up my vehicle was less than 2 hours! I would highly recommend this Big O Tire location for any of your vehicle needs!
