Adam went above and beyond, diagnosing and fixing some issues I was having with my suburban and replacing my tires which were in bad shape. Thanks for helping to make sure my kids and I are safe on the road!

No complaints. Older vehicle so there is always something. I appreciated Andrew’s candidness with the issues that needed addressed. Had been using another business (10 years) but changed ownership. Was nice to just have a conversation and not a sales pitch

Yikes. Service for an alignment was fast but the technicians blatantly lied and tried to quote me $1300 to replace some front end parts that no other mechanic has been able to find issue with. I will not be returning to this location or to big O in general. Edit: in response to their response- I was not advised of anything at the Flagstaff location. My own mechanic showed me the issues. The desk person at THIS location told me that the "worn" piece was "torn straight through" and was concerned for driveability.

Big O Tires on Thunderbird has a customer for life now! They got me in right away, treated me with respect, communicated with me throughout the wait, which wasn’t very long comparatively, and provided really great service. It’s never ideal having to get four new tires, but I know now that I am safe on the road and that I’m covered with the warranty.

Andrew took good care of us with a flat fix, tire rotation and balance; and a great attitude and sense of humor. Also, we watched him patiently help a confused Senior woman with a minor low air pressure warning light. Great Team Member and Great Shop!

Bring my vehicles here all the time. Just had all 3 vehicles oil changed tires rotated etc. Always come here been coming here for 17 years. Get a kick out of Adam and the staff. Just got my vehicle done again in 2025

I got a great deal. I was concerned with my tires not filled up all the way to the pressure it should have been. Unless there is something I don't understand about tire pressure with brand new tires, my tires should have been at 38 psi and they all 4 ranges from 32, 35, 36 & 37
