Spent $$$ for services and when next oil change came up we found that the fluids I paid to have serviced were never changed or even checked. The reservoirs were filthy and almost empty. My oil drain plug had no washer and the clips to hold the bottom liner of the car were gone.

I have a Turo fleet of cars and they always take very good care of me when I have to come in for tire patches. They are very kind and always make time to patch my tires. 🛞 I will always get my tires and work done on them here!

Wow! Went into get a new battery for my car, found out, it was actually the starter. Jackie Alvarez and Juan Jimenez, took extra very good care of me and my car needs. Jordan was incredible too! This is a five star facility! They just won me over. And that’s not easy to do!

Came from Oregon and moved to AZ. Needed a oil change, tire rotation, all new TPMS sensors. They took care of it all. Wait times maybe long but they do have a shuttle service for the inpatient people. They do everything pretty much and at more affordable price.

Horrible, called and asked for an oil change. The guy said yea come in." I got there and went to the counter waited. One tech came in and saw me and didn't say anything. Went by the office, there was another tech sitting in the chair on his phone..then the first tech came out leaned on the counter started Messing with his phone..finally I asked for help..guy said he was booked..I will never come to this place again.

I've been bringing my car here since I moved to the area in 2016 and the service has been spotty until Jackie took over and now I don't hesitate to bring my car in. She is doing a great job with this location 👍

NEVER AGAIN ON MY DEAD SON 😡😡😡Horrible services, waited to long for just an oil change and tire rotation. I brought my truck back a month later to tell them that it felt funny and they just blame me on how I brought my truck to them the and my truck was not running like it should and unsafe for not only me but also my kids. My tires wear severely messed up and wore out on the in side of my tires, oil was heavenly leaking, and much more of other things. I only wanted an oil changed , wheel alignment, and my tires rotated they did more to my truck that I did not asked for to get more money out of me. Not cool.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Very poor performance I called to get a front end alignment done on my GMC dually truck. They said no problem and to bring it on down. When I got there the guy said that he had to talk to his manager and then told me that it would not fit on the rack and that they would have to take it to another location to get it done. I was very upset and disappointed, and did express it. I got in my truck to leave and the manager was outside. I told her that she should have told me that they would have to take it to another location because it would not fit on the rack. She said that she could and that I would have to go inside and that she would be right in. She was smoking a cigarette and on her personal phone. I asked her another question. Which she again said that she was on a phone call and that she would be with me when she was done. She was the manager. Very poor customer service. She should have gotten off her phone and taken care of an upset customer.

I had a surprisingly amazing experience here! I say 'surprisingly' only because of the nature of mechanic shops & how I feel they usually treat customers, but, I have been to this shop before & it's been great. No complaints. However, this time was def review worthy. I was having trouble with my Audi S5 giving me false notifications on the dash & Isaiah advised me to drive it just a bit longer that day close by to see if it happened again before he charged me for work. The problem stopped. He gave me peace of mind & wasn't trying to make a quick buck. Then, several weeks later I was being notified my coolant was low & based on what I was seeing on the level dropping, I was worried there was a leak. Isaiah asked me several questions & advised that based on the age of the car & mileage, it may be the water pump. I asked for a quite idea of cost & he said he could ballpark but didn't want to mislead me, "let us check it out first, it could be a lesser problem". After informing me it would be about $1,300 for the water pump replacement, knowing mechanic shops, I figured there was no way it would come in lower than that or at least not be that problem now. After researching myself, it seemed that was going to clearly be the problem & how would I be able to know otherwise? Made sense & I was betting it would be that problem & they would find more work that needed to be done. I asked how long & he said it would be bout 30 mins until he could get the car in a bay & another 30 to get the coolant pressure tested for leaks. The car was in the bay in 15 mins & the shuttle driver that took me home was SUPER nice. I arrived home (I live about two blocks away) & Isaiah was already calling to advise that there were no leaks at all, this was merely a need for a flush of fluids. They couldn't see any other issues with the coolant or the car itself. They checked brakes, pads, rotors & didn't try to sell me on anything. He simply advised that I allow them to do the flush to be sure it's clean, cycled & refilled. They then ran the car & tested it again. No problems. Out the door for a FRACTION of what I would have guaranteed they would try to charge me. Jackie, the store Manager, was also heavily involved in the communication as they were slammed that day & she was super pleasant, quick & they work well together to handle customers. I don't often write reviews but mechanics can be shady, car work can be expensive & customers can be scammed. This shop & these two people do it right! I will be back & trust them going forward. Thank God they are close to my house & I can feel like I am not being taken advantage of. Thank you, Isaiah, Jackie, the mechanic who worked on my car & the two shuttle drivers. All around excellent experience!!

I had got a nail in my tire and needed it to be replaced asap it was going flat so I was at told by the guy at the front counter at store on 7s and camelback that they had no tires for that size and that they ended up having the tires and that I need to go back to the store where I got the tires from so i had to go back to the store on 7st and baseline wasted my time at that store for 2 hrs so i came to Isaiah who addressed the issue and got me in asap if you need to come in to this store I recommend to go see this guy thank you Isaiah your the best 👍

I think everything that was requested for my car was done. However they scratched my car and didn’t tell me. I was cleaning it after I got back from the shop and a DARK, deep gash was found in the front of my car. It’s now a dark circle because I had to sand it out so it’s smooth before painting over it. They aren’t careful with your vehicle. Please beware.

They forgot 2 of my lug nuts. When I went back to have them put it on they striped one so now I can’t even take my tire off. They made me wait three hours before they would help me. If you value your life at all you will not take your car here.

8/26/24 0700hrs Toyota Camry. I stopped to get flat tire repaired. They were able to get my car back and fixed right away at no charge. Excellent experience and will definitely be coming back! Thank you Jackie!

Best Big O Tires Location in all of Phoenix! I’ve been coming to this location since I moved here from the East Coast 2 years ago. From day one the Manager Jackie has been on point, top notch customer service and she never lets anything go unnoticed. First place ever where I’ve ever gotten my car serviced and I can trust the work has been done right without feeling scammed or lied to. Even after moving across town, I would still drive all the way just to get my car serviced here!

Do not trust this location with your car’s AC needs! Took my car in for blowing hot air and was given an estimated time for pick up. Always way off. There was no way for me to pick my car up after it’s been serviced so manager Jackie promised me it would be delivered to my work place, never happened. I didn’t receive a call all day long and was placed on 30+ min holds trying to get updates. At pick up, I was told there was zero issues with my AC, that the whole system was checked/fixed. After I got my car, AC went out a couple days later, check engine light came on and the AC filter they supposedly replaced a previous time was never even put in. Do not recommend this location!!

Jackie and Isaiah were amazing! Walked in and Jackie was running around shaking everyone’s hands, while Isaiah was offering everyone walking through the door a bottle of water! Got me in and out in 45 mins as a walk in! I do not understand why so many bad reviews because they killed it! Loved my experience!

This shop is amazing. I have big trust issues when it come to car shops but this location is amazing. Staff is always kind and welcoming. Service never takes too long and my car always works the right way after. This shop is legit.
