They make it really easy to make an appointment. Did a very thorough check on my car when I came in for an oil change and pointed out issues with my car and showed me pictures of it. Were helpful with telling me what to prioritize first, in what order and how soon. I was able to then save up for the upcoming work that I needed and was able to use the same coupon specials they told me about during the initial visit. I was really happy that the initial quote that they gave me during my visit in October was the exact same as what I paid for when I got the work done in January and February. The quote they gave me was a better price than any of the other shops that I checked with in my area.

I came here for oil change few months ago and I was very satisfied with it. But one thing I was a little confused about was their inspection of my car. I was worried by the services they recommended for my car at 68k miles, things like shocks, struts, control arms and even cv axle. So I had replaced the shocks, struts and swaybarlinks based on their diagnosis. But I was a little skeptical because the old struts looked fine to me. Then I decided to get a second opinion when I went to get the control arms and cv axle replaced but was told that control arms bushings and cv axle were good and can last longer. Now I feel like I wasted money and time replacing both the struts and shocks but thankfully I was saved from further spending. Would never recommend trusting oil change places for their inspections. Always get a second opinion from a proper mechanic!

They damaged a 2018 Toyota RAV4 and have refused to cover the repair costs. Here’s what happened: they ruined the engine, charged for a replacement, and then caused further damage to the transmission while supposedly fixing the engine. Now, both the engine and transmission are broken. Despite this, Big O Tires has refused to take responsibility or offer any assistance. The manager, Krystal Hernandez, is refusing to acknowledge the issue, while assistant manager Scott Waddell assured that the car was safe to drive. Less than 12 hours later, the car was stranded on the highway at 1:30 AM. The franchise owner, Russel Lease, has also failed to address or resolve the problem.

From an immediate greeting to acknowledge that they know I have arrived, to taking the initiative to keep me informed of my vehicles findings, needs, and status. I drive my truck constantly for work. Anytime I need any routine maintenance or anything major, I take my truck here. Sariah is awesome she moves with a purpose and understands time is money for me. Communitive, and always on point with updates. Pricing is fair comparatively to other shops.

They are amazing here. They found the source of my tire pressure loss being a nail and easily patched it for a great price. I would 10 out of 10 recommend and they will be my new tire go to!
