My tire blew on the freeway and after I got the donut on the car I went directly to the nearest tire place which was BigO tires at broadway and 75th ave. I received the best service I have ever gotten when buying tires. So very grateful for their attention and helpfulness!!

First time customer! Was very impressed on how professional everyone was! Herb was very professional and respectful. Went in to get my oil changed. Will be back to get other services done! Herb went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my service and was VERY helpful with questions I had about my vehicle. I recommend that anyone who goes there to speak with Herb, he'll make sure your taken care of! I absolutely love Big O Tires on 75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye. Vincent has such a wonderful team super professional and take care of you without taking advantage of you. Even though I know Big O is a chain the way they run it they make you feel like it's your hometown shop I don't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I've been to every other tire and oil place in the local area and this one is the best. I had a really tough time with some car troubles, and the receptionist went out of his way to do everything he can to make sure I was able to get back to driving and back to working. I will only be going to this location from now on. I wish I could rate it higher.

This summer I went to buy some tires for my truck and was asked to put $100 down payment to hold the tires for me. I wasn’t happy about that and I never heard anyone to ask for a down payment to hold a set of tires.
