Exceptional customer service while I was there. I had an insurance claim repair and the adjusters were being typical adjusters and wanting to pay as little as possible. Ben took the time to convey my concerns of safety and fought with adjusters to get repairs done correctly. This was way above and beyond in customer service. I recommend this location to anyone!!!!!

Big O Tire was great. We called to see if they could get us in quickly for tire replacement, and they got us in immediately( spoke with Evan). The whole process was quick and friendly. The pricing was on par with the best deals online. Overall great experience. Will definitely be back for future tire needs.

Normally I feel welcome coming to Big O, as a returning customer my overall star rating went down. My last trip to Big O, I felt like and intrusion I got interrupted several times. When I received the estimate it was in the high $500 to replace a crankcase sensor one hour job. Part was quoted originally $300, (online cost was $100). When I questioned the high cost for the part it strangely got reduced to approx. $200. I felt had I not been diligent, I would had gotten ripped off more than what I did.

Thank you Big O Tire. Had a blow out on a tire, all my tires were over due for replacement. They Had buy 2 get 2 free. Had everything done within 2.5 hours and went back to work. Thank you for being fast and efficient .

Excellent service and price. With appointment, car taken in on time and within an hour oil change was done. Air filter needed to be replaced and was shown how dirty it was. Air filter was changed and on my way within 90 minutes.
