We were in a rush to get to the airport, and we got a nail in our tire. The two gentlemen working at the front desk were super accommodating to help us get it fixed and back on the road quick! I was already impressed and going to leave a good review, but they went one step farther and did not even charge us for the repair! I’ll be coming back to this location for any future tire needs!

Got 4 new tires here. Service was excellent. I'll be going back for more when the time comes. Got a brand new battery today, 12/20/2024. Service again was great. Battery was quickly replaced, very short time. Thanks again Big O.

I have been coming to this store for past few years, mostly because I bought tires from another Big O store. I came mostly for tire rotation and such. But I always added other car maintenance services on top of that. They were always punctual in time. I went there today because one of my tires was losing air pressure. So, I dropped off the vehicle. They called me in 10 minutes to say that they won't do the patch on the tire because it is really worn off. Over the phone, they offered that if I went for new set of tires from Big O brand, I would get 30-day satisfaction guarantee, i.e. if I am not happy with the tires, I could choose to return those tires for free within 30 days. Just for that reason, I gave a go-ahead. When I went back to the store, I told them that was the only reason I took the decision to say yes and they acknowledged that the 30-day no hassle replacement is true. When I received the bill, I didn't see any mention of 30 day replacement on the receipt. So, I asked one more time. This time the manager says that I have only one day to try these tires. So, I argued and wanted to see it on the receipt. Eventually, he manually wrote "30 day" on the receipt with some initials. I really don't believe that means anything at this time, since the tires are already put on my car. In a nutshell, when they say anything over phone, don't take it at their words. Have something written before making the decision. Today's incident only opened my eyes to know that these guys would go any length to make false promises to get your business. Don't be fooled the way I was!!! With all this deception, now I am doubting if my tires even needed to be replaced at all. Next time, when my car needs new set of tires, definitely a Big NO to Big O. You lost my business, mostly to meet your year end bonus goals. I would put this as a complaint on BBB. Please let me know if you recommend other sites to post reviews

This is by far one of the worst stores to take your car in. I took in my car in for an alignment. Typically, your car is assessed and then they tell you what it needs. And they even provide you with a computerized sheet that states what your car needs. The manager's first thing to do was to charge me $130. And then, once he had charged me, he told me that I needed to change my struts. He wanted to charge me $1,200. And when I asked for the computerized sheet, he told me he could not downloaded. I ended up getting the struts changed on my own, and when I took it back, because my car is still shifting, I was told by another employee that I now needed yet another part. Moreover, the manager proceeded to tell me that even if they were to do the alignment again, it would not make any difference. You should be told exactly what your car needs before they do any work and charge you for it. The manager also told me that because I had work done on my car, how they would no longer honor the warranty. But "he was willing to do it for me even though it would not make a difference" And even though I had spoken to him on the phone before taking my car in, he told me to take it back on another day because they were too busy. When I asked him about why he told me to go on the phone, he told me that things just change. The store was still going to be open for another hour and a half. I get the feeling he just did not want to take my car in, even though he said it would not make any difference. (weird, right?) Lastly, the manager was visually frustrated and annoyed. He was raising his voice at me for a prolonged amount of time. He was rude and belligerent. You would think someone in a leadership position would at the minimum have good customer service. The worst thing is that having taken my car there did not change anything, other than for me to lose money and time. And still don't even have a clear idea of what "other" parts I need for my car. But I find it interesting how they fail to tell me what my car needed before they would do any work so that it would be in optimal conditions. I strongly regret having taken my car to a place that lacks transparency, overall good customer service and guaranteed work. And then imagine dealing with a bad attitude? Worst place ever!

I Decided to call big o thinking whatever quote I get over the phone I would get in person. Wrong. I wish Ilistened to the reviews. I called and spoke to Pete a few days ago and I wrote down word for word what he said over the phone. He said he had a Bogo sale for 4 or 2 tires. For 4 tires, a brand by copper, premium package alignment and warranty 3 years, $559. When we got there they quoted $902 out the door. Pretty sure it's not $400 worth of taxes. The 2 tires same package deal, I was quoted over the phone with Pete $302.93 tax included out the door. When we got there they quoted $435 and said they don't quote with tax over the phone. The person we talked to also said he was over Pete so he wasn't going to call him when I asked him too. He also couldn't give me a reason why he told me a different price. He didn't say it was a misquote just that he didn't know why. We are short on time when we can go to a place. If they BS their way through their business then I just can't do business with them for waisting my time. I would have rather been quoted correctly and gone somewhere else with them still keeping some sort of good name. Now they have a bad name with us and will never be back.

I have been using this location for over 3 years now. Steve and his staff are the best! I was absolutely happy to see LJ relocated back to this spot! The staff is always friendly, transparent, and attentive! Any time I have a car issue it gets resolved in a timely and efficient manner that I appreciate and I am grateful for; especially because I have long daily commutes and I know I can count on them! They really helped me out last second today and I am so thankful! Thank you to Steve, Lj, and the team there!

Terrible business, they deceive you with the prices, they tell you one thing and it's another, be very careful with this business because they charge you more than the original value, I do not recommend it, go to another BigO... I went a few days ago and they deceived me, be very careful. The receiver of the goat on the chin is terrible.

Thank you Steve and the Service Technicians for getting our car back on the road!! I was able to get tires, an alternator, and a battery for an affordable price. This is my Go-to shop for any major services needed for my car. Plus my kids love that they have donuts and popcorn while we wait. 😁

These guys will sell you overpriced tires, but do NOT let them touch anything else. When told they replaced my front struts and battery assembly, my struts now leak and my battery was put on with a wood screw! I don't know why they have wood screws but don't let them put one in your car.

Horrible Manager! No customer service at all. Literally came out cussing and stopped the guys from taking care of the customer. Guys are ok but the manager is terrible. I feel sorry for the guys that work there. I won’t be back.

The staff is polite and will work to get you the best deal possible. This location is the place to go since their rates are reasonable, their staff is always friendly, and if you don't have all the money, you may apply for a credit card. As LJ helped us out and provided the best service I highly recommend to ask for him!

Don't go here they lie and u sit all day got 4 new tires here for 2 separate cars and one blew 3 weeks later and they charged me 80$ on top of that went back today because they needed air already and sat for 25 min and nobody filled my tires so I left worst tire shop I've ever been to

I recently had to get a couple of new tires. Since Big O has been good to us in the past, naturally I went back. This time it was a little different. LJ was amazing!!! He not only made sure I was taken care, he was also empathetic to the fact that I recently lost my husband. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my cars needs. Thank you LJ!

My wife is visiting family in California. My wife usually drives. I drove to St. Anne Catholic Church in Gilbert. After Mass I proceeded to turn right that will lead me to Southern/Slosson and then Home. I took the wrong turn and got lost. I stopped by Big Tyres to ask for directions. The supervisor heard my story and assigned 2 guys to drive me home. The guy who drove me home was Ilassa and the other car following was Mark. I did not catch the name of the supervisor, but he should be told what a great Good Samaritan deed he did. Thanks be to God. Gaby Kool

Shady character beware! Went to get an oil change and possibly replace one tire. The service writer was obnoxious and rude. I asked the service writer to also look at the front end and give me a quote. I have had two other shops look at the vehicle and they both gave the same diagnosis. This shop told me something completely different. I explained to the service writer that I was only looking to do the oil and tire today. He continuously push other services and products on me. I was very clear in what I wanted. Felt like I was dealing with a sleazy car salesman. I must have been insulted at least 3 times in a 10 minute conversation. One of his fellow co workers even said that was rude to my service writer at one point in the conversation. My appointment was at 7am I had to call at 8:45 am to see the status. I was told my service writer was with another customer and would call back. I got call back about a half hour later. The vehicle was completed at 11:05am. I don't know but I could change the oil and put a tire on in less than an hour, why did it take 4 hours for a shop to do it when I was an 7am appointment.

The staff has changed. I had 2 problems with my car and they only fixed one. Alignment and my tire pressure light needed to be fixed. They fixed my alignment but they did not fix my tire pressure light. They acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and took a measly short cut. The problem is still persisting. They person helping me was not an effective listener. Very disappointed with the whole of the new staff.

We were on our way to the lake, one of the boat trailer tires blew out. Luckily we were only a few miles away from BIg O tires. Walked in and Steve Lopez helped us immediately. Got us in and out so quickly and on our way. Great service all around.

Went in for a alignment and tire balance was told they couldn’t do the tire balance due to bad wear and tear on my tires that where 6 months old and then tried to sell me brand new tires. Took them 5 hours for an alignment. Don’t go here
