I just had the best experience at this Big O Tires. I got there early so I’m sure that helps. I arrived and was greeted by Audrey who is a rock star! She greeted me and other customers with the friendliest, most welcoming smile. I turned in my keys to have a tire patched. I was going to use Apple Pay (forgot my wallet) but she informed me that it’s not accepted with their system. So I had to walk around the corner to Whole Foods” to get “cash back”. When I got back about 20 minutes later, I was informed that my car was about finished and would be transferred to the parking lot. I was amazed! Friendly, professional service with a beautiful smile and a pit crew who are great at what they do! I wish all auto shops gave this experience. Thank you!

Definitely would recommend! Switch went above and beyond 20 minutes before they closed on a Sunday night. I had a blowout while driving on the highway. My car hobbled its way into the parking lot and he didn't hesitate to run and tell his crew, also champions, that they had one more emergency to take care of. Thank you for saving my day.

After a run in with a guardrail, we had to get a new set of tires on a Sunday. The team at Big O was quick to respond, got us a great deal, and completed the work quickly. Will be going back!!

Great service! Always quick and efficient with great communication. Better service here than at most dealership mechanics. They were able to diagnose the problem, replace everything, do an oil change and new tires in less than one day.

Brought my white Cadillac XT6 in for an oil change. Guy at the counter was cool, quick and efficient. Service guys were David and Braxton. Very nice and really knowledgeable. Spoke to him about some transmission questions and they were fine with me watching the oil change. I brought my own oil which they said was no problem. Talked about my tires and ended up getting them rotated which was a great call. In and out in 30 min. A+++ job all around. Very competitive pricing. Don't sleep on this location. These guys are Solid!!

Came in for an oil change , I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! They did my free inspection and found a leak I had no clue about and were honest that it was from a hose and nothing more. They are my goto shop now 100% Dj , Basil , and Braxton those guys are awesome!

I went in because my car was leaking air from one of the valve stems. GST David fixed the problem in just a few minutes and even refused to charge for the valve core change. This is the second time this location helped me out immensely and I’m incredibly grateful. I recommend this over any other tire shop in the area!

My overall impression of this shop is they don’t really want to do their job. This Sunday I went in to get a repair done for a nail in my tire and was told “it’s gonna take hours” keep in mind there was only one lady in the lobby and maybe one car in the parking lot. Despite the “2 hour wait” I agreed to wait and shockingly they managed to pull my car back pretty quickly and to my utter shock they then claimed it couldn’t be repaired due to a nail in the side wall. So I just decided to take my car back and took it to DISCOUNT TIRE the following day and patched it up for FREE. I know each company has different specifications for what they consider sidewall but this was ridiculous. Got the feeling they were doing and saying anything to try and deter me from utilizing their services. Will not be going back to this big o tires.

Team was absolutely incredibly nice when coming in to drop off and picking up my car. Had them install an intake on my Mustang. Work was done in a timely manner and the price was exceptional! Will be back through when I need more work completed!

Called for a quote on alignment, descent price. Made a appointment but when I showed up I was told the price was over a hundred dollars more. I won't ever go there again. That's how they do their customers. Very upsetting.

Came to this place to get air filters changed and left with the panel for my air bags knocked loose. They claim they can’t fix it. I will never come to this place again, do not spend money. They also tried to charge me nearly $200 to replace one of my car’s headlights, so they will definitely try to over charge you here…

I'm a little bit late with this review, but last Saturday Basil showed me excellent customer service with a tire repair. I had another issue with my tires that I purchased from this location. Multiple times I've had slow leaks or valve issues. But Basil checked all my tires, took them off one at a time and checked them in water to see if there were any issues. He did it so quickly and efficiently. He deserves 5 stars for his efforts, quick thinking, and his skills in quickly diagnosising the issue. I would it return here if it wasn't for him.

Service was friendly and time was reasonable. Pricing was very different than when I called and I was told I needed a coupon when I arrived. Outside of this I have no complaints. The work done seems to be done well.

The gentleman that helped me today was extremely kind and helpful. His customer service was amazing and he was eager to help! He fixed up my tire and made my day! I would highly recommend this place, they were fast and had wonderful customer service.
