I was driving to work when one my sensor came on for one of my tires, I made a phone call asking about a quote I spoke with “Jason”he got me checked in upon arrival he got me attended right away! Took care of it right away also helped me with other questions I had. definitely coming back! Highly recommend!🤙🏻

I recently had a tire blowout and needed to get a new tire mounted and balanced. These guys took me as a walk-in and I was out the door in 45 minutes. Great service and good work. I’d recommend this spot all day.

I scheduled an appointment to replace a broken valve stem in one of my tires. Mason Haynes was a big help in walking me through what was wrong, how they would fix it, and how much it would cost. He went above and beyond to provide me with the service I needed in a timely manner and at a good price. I was in and out in less than an hour.

I’ve never had a better experience than today, Mason was just great and helped a ton. He was very honest and patient with explain what was wrong with my vehicle and was very thorough with telling me with what each part that need to be worked on did. He was a great help and a wonderful person. Definitely will be going in again :)

I came into the store without an appointment. I had just gotten my oil changed down the street and I was told that I needed two new front tires and was told to come here. When I arrived as I approached the door gentleman that worked there named Mason Haynes was on his way out the door to assist another customer. He greeted me and ask what he could help me with. I explained I needed to purchase two new tires. He told me to just wait at the counter and he would be right with me. He returned and gave me all the different price options that I could choose from and told me that it wouldn't be more than an hour to change the tires. He was correct. I was out of there in less than an hour. He was very professional and extremely kind. Highly recommend this establishment and I'll definitely be returning.

I definitely shouldn't have gone here. Got tires replaced which was ok? Tires are too new for me to see any issue at the moment. Every tire is a different psi somehow and i dont mean 2 at one reading and 2 at another, I mean each tire is very off, one at 30, another at 33, one at 34 and one at 36? How? Then they didnt screw back my skid plate or if they did it was badly done so it just hung off the side and got warped. Took it back for them to fix both issues and tires are still off...in a different order now, skid plate is back on and damaged, peices are just dangling off the front. In other news I was advised to do a fluid flush, no prob, said I'd do it asap once I got paid. All of a sudden my brake fluid is extremely low and my check engine light comes on? IF you knew it was LOW why didn't anyone tell me it needed topping off asap or were people just waiting for stuff to go wrong so I'd have to go back and spend more money? I'd have given 1 star but they earned on back by screwing the skid plate on asap. I now have to go to the dealership cuz it seems I can't even trust a basic shop to do basic fixes, and be honest. I was told I'd get free rotations and balances for a year but I honestly wouldn't even go back if they bribed me with a refund for that bill let alone let them come within 5 feet of my car again. Edit: i'm now reading reviews about loose nuts? Really? I guess I'll have the dealership make sure my wheels don't fly off too now.

Please don’t go to big o tire, be honest. They did really really horrible job, they did change for 4 new tires on my car last year, only 2 months after 1 tire on the passenger completely broke so I had to towed my car to them and I had to change a new one, but a month ago 1 tire on driver completely broke and I had to change another new one, again just yesterday ( the Christmas Day 12-25-24) one the passenger completely broke so I have towed my car to Costco and in the morning I went there and asked them why my tires had a problem like that they said when Big O Tires did install tires on my car they didn’t do balance that’s why the tires keep broke like that so today I have to change for 4 new tires again so I’m broke 😂😂😂 less than 2 years I have to change for 2 time brand new tires. Please please AVOID THIS TiRES SHOP Big O Tires at 10127 W Charleston 89135. I never never do review this one the first time in my life 😂😂😂😂.

These guys are THE BEST! Always friendly and get the job done the right way the first time. I find them to be reliable. I have never felt they are trying to upsell me in any way. They also do a lot more than just tires. YOU WONʻT BE DISAPPOINTED! I promise. Straightforward, really nice honest guys!!

Brandon here at Big O’s took care of my problem with ease Was excellent at communicating and helping find some new wheels. Got the job done a day earlier than expected too. Was well taken care of picking up my vehicle too. Came in right before closing but Mike at the Front counter was still courteous as ever. Highly recommend this place.

For your safety, do not ever go here. My wheels nut came off this morning after they did a balance on them on Monday. This is ridiculous. This shop should be shut down by the City Of Las Vegas.

Very satisfied with my experience here! I had a puncture about a month or two back that was not properly sorted initially however when I brought it back they assisted me at no additional cost. Unfortunately I had to return a third time ( which resulted in a tire change ) which they provided at no extra cost. This was very considerate and I really appreciate it! Thanks guys!!

I’ve had a great experience at this place. I made an appointment and when I came in, Nick was very attentive and took care and move things to make my tire service prompt and perfect. Price was great compared to the others so was truly happy and will be back again when I need new tires.

DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP!!Absolutely the worst tire shop I have ever been to. I give them no stars as that is what they truly deserve. My car has narrower tires in front and wider in the rear. They mounted one narrow tire and one wide tire in front and did the same in the rear. This is extremely dangerous as the car is now unbalanced and in an emergency situation would react wildly. I discovered it after I arrived home. I went back and showed them and they were rude and did not apologize. I told them that as the wheels are also narrower up front vs rear, they need to not only move the tires but also make sure that the right tires were mounted on the correct wheels. They made me wait some 45 minutes and told me everything was fixed. I specifically asked them if they had checked that the tires were on the correct size wheels. They said yes, everything was good. When I arrived home, I decided to check. They had now mounted the 10” wheels on the left side of the car and the 11” wheels on the right side. Again, this is very dangerous in an emergency situation. I went back and told them what they had done and I was going to take my car to another shop to have the situation fixed. No apology again and when I asked them to refund the money for the tire mounting, they refused and were quite rude as well. AVOID THIS TIRE SHOP

Really disappointing experience. They need to spend more time training their staff on how to print invoices. I spent nearly an hour waiting for them. No one seemed to know what was going on.

The one on Charleston and indigo has a new kid named Brandon and he's great and fast and very nice period the guy Jason who runs this place is 1 of the nicest guys around and really tries to help you
