We were on a family trip to Las Vegas in summer 2024 during the days when Highway 15 was shut down due to a truck carrying lithium batteries caught on fire. We were rerouted through the dessert. During that drive, I hit a massive pothole on the front left side of the car. It caused a massive tear and bubbled the tire. Didn't notice until we arrived at our destination. When we were leaving, I called multiple tire places - none of them had my tires in stock. The Big O team at Fort Apache was able to call another store and have it delivered to that location. Within an hour, those guys had us ready for the ride home. I highly recommend this store if you ever have a need for your vehicle.

I used to go to this location all the time they never charged for a diagnostic and I would always do my work with them. It’s seems they hired a new mechanic that does not know what they’re doing. They initially quoted me $3000-$4000 to replace a timing belt and when I asked my relative to call in and understand what was going on and why such a high quote, this location changed their story and said “We don’t do that work here.” Above all that, I was willing to let them change the spark plugs they said my car as well needed and they charged me to diagnose but could not change the spark plugs without attempting to adding on an additional $1500. This is no longer an honest location. Perhaps only go there for tire work but I would not recommend it either.

My family has quite a few cars and we live in the area so Big O has been a logical choice to bring our vehicles for tires. My husband recently took my SUV in and was pleased by the excellent customer service he received. He doesn't normally remember names but he said his interaction with Mason made the visit worth his while... so Mason and Big O tires gets 5 stars today because my husband remembered his name and his excellent customer service!

Came in because my tire had a nail early in the morning as I was heading out to Cali the worker and manager Mason and Benny where very helpful quick service and very professional definitely recommend coming here for any tire needs will be going back for new set of tires

I have been going to this location for almost 3 years now. My most recent experience was taking a tire in that my wife’s car had a screw in it. Mason, who I have dealt with in the past. He got it done quick and had my wife’s car back on the road. I like how they do NOT try to upsell me, I am a big car enthusiast so no need to upsell me. I know what I want every time I go in there. Mason and his team are very respectful and professional with me along with my vehicles. I have never had a problem with any of my vehicles there. If you have a bad experience there ask for Mason and he will take care of you. Cars they have worked with before in the pictures attached. @LV_carguy

I needed new tires on my 4runner. They had the exact tire I was looking for at a competitive price. They where able to get me in quickly and completed the install faster than expected. Very satisfied.

Big O tires the best customer service at fort Apache they got my Toyota tacoma in on time for service and I was completely satisfied with there services, thanks to Randy the store manager and thanks to Benny who always keep s my tacoma running smoothly!!!😎

I called this location, since I live right around the corner from it, trying to get a quote on a new tire (with warranty). They said it was going to be $280+ for the tire plus the labor cost. I had a terrible experience the first time i went to this location so i decided to try a different location and went to the big o tires that's closer to my work for a quote there.. Rocksprings, They were great!! I paid less than $60 total including another 3 years of warranty. Brand new tire. This is the 2nd time this location tries to scam me (most likely because I'm a girl).. Even though i live 1 minute away, I Will NEVER return to this location again.. 1st incident i went in because I had some nails in my tire. I immediately was told that if it was 2 nails or more i HAD to purchase a whole new tire.. They said it can only be repaired/ patched if it is 1 single nail. 2 Nails and I'm going to need to buy a new tire He didn't know i had the warranty He went out to look at my car and saw 2 nails so was happy about having to charge me for a new tire.. Once i got to the register and told him i had the warranty and he pulled up my file.. Now all of a sudden, it is repairable.. He won't replace it although 2 seconds ago he swore he could not do anything with a tire that has 2 nails in it.. So when he thought i had to pay out of pocket, it couldn't be repaired but when he realized it was going to be covered, then all of a sudden it could repaired and not replaced.. Save yourself the time and money and go to a different location

I would like to thank Rich Knitowski and his team Randy, Greg and Brandon at the Ft. Apache Big O Tires of Vegas, . I pulled in late afternoon, I had 1 flat and 1 leaking tire on my Class C motorhome. It was just past 2:30 and it was 118 degrees outside. My rig would not fit inside so the guys work on it where it sat. The manager Rich was the first one under my rig and determined I needed 6 new tires to get me back to Mammoth Ca. I agreed completely!! He and his team jumped on it, “leading by example” Rich pulled the first two tires and the guys went to work. I was out of there in less than 3 hours and back on the road heading home. A big thanks to Rich and his professional team. They killed it in the heat and even saved me some money along the way. I will never use this location for any kind of work. Faulty repair, unprofessional and I don't appreciate being spoke over or hung up on. Spent over $2,000 and I don't trust the mechanic to repair my breaks for the second time. Going elsewhere.

Wish I could leave ZERO stars. I usually dont write reviews but my experience was so bad I had to share. This was the worst experience I've ever had a tire shop. They tried to overcharge for the tires, then were completely rude to myself and another customer. They have absolutely no customer service. I do not recommend this shop, there are many others not far from here. give your business to a more deserving shop where you wont feel like you're getting ripped off.
