Quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem with my vehicle. Kept me informed during the entire process and cleared any additional recommendations and maintenance with me beforehand. Weren't pushy or aggressive in upselling on-site products (hoses, belts, blinker fluid, etc) and even made follow up calls to ensure everything was fine after I picked my vehicle up. Would highly recommend!

Girlies I want to post about a GOOD experience I had. I see people asking where to get tires all the time and I literally was crying because this morning I got stranded at a gas station at 5am with a flat tire and I don’t have a spare tire nor do I know how to change a tire. I was able to make it home, I called Big O Tire and asked if they came to peoples houses and changed tires because there was no way I was able to make it anywhere and I don’t have a spare and I also don’t know how to change a tire, they said that is not something they do, but then he said he would first check and see if he had my tire and ask his general manager if he could send a tech to my appt, a few mins later he called back and said it was approved and they sent the nicest polite guy who changed my tire for me at my apartment. Literally the customer service here is not like a normal tire place i was shocked at the amount of effort they went through to help me when i felt so helpless. So girlies this is where you should be getting your tires! Also they didn’t even charge me for coming to my appt! I want to especially thank Mack and the tech who I’m sorry I can’t remember his name.

A great local place with good prices on tires. I also needed air in a tire one day and drove in and they put air in for me, at no charge, which I thought was very nice. Very friendly! 💯🤗👏👍 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. I put color stickers on the rims of the front tires before I left home so I would know which tires should be on the back. After an hour my car was done, but the tires had not been switched. I stopped the mechanic and he took the car back and the tires were rotated. I was told that this was done by George who wasn’t supposed to work on cars but because the mechanic didn’t show up on time (my appointment was at 8 and mechanic got there at 9) and they didn’t want me to have to wait, George did the work. This is really disappointing as I wouldn’t have known the tires hadn’t been rotated if I hadn’t put those stickers on. And I’m now questioning how well the oil change was done. The people here are nice and I was given a discount when I asked for one. But I’d rather have reputable service. Won’t be returning here.

Preston and all the other employees went above and beyond my expectations. I had them put new tires on my truck, and had my oil changed. They were very friendly and got everything done quickly. I will be in using them from now on for any of the vehicle services that they provide

This place is fantastic. They always get me in and out. They even have a little corner for my kids to play at while I wait and fresh coffee everyday. They always take care of us. They're very honest, reliable friendly and caring here. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend them for anyone needing tires or service! I know I'll be a customer for years to come! Took my car in after the dealership tried to patch my tire. The guys showed me the damage the dealership did in their attempt to patch the leak. They made an attempt, but due to the damage done by the dealership, the patch did not hold. There was no charge for their efforts. Would trust them over the dealership. Appreciated them.

Wonderful and very helpful employees thank you Cassandra, Preston and Matt and all the guys in the back for your hard work . They can do so much more than tire work to get you back to traveling . Only thing the owners need to put a sign 40 ft higher so others coming down middlebrook pike or all the traffic on cedar bluff can see they are here in this location . Many lived here for years and don't even know it is here....... Bring more bussiness to this location if folks see a sign high enough to know it's even located here.. Thank Yall my ride is driving good from the upper arms being old and replaced and I finally got cold air I'm Loving the work yall all do. Thank You

Big O tire is the best tire store. I’ve used them for all my vehicles in 3 states over the past 20 years. Experts in tires and top mechanics. Fair prices and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I have had previous positive experiences here in the past. My rear driver tire went flat on the family car that mostly sits in the garage. I brought it here for repair. A patch was done very quickly and I was on my way again. A month later when we finally drove the car the same rear driver tire went flat again. Brought it back and was told the patch was bad. A new patch was installed. However, the person who did the first patch striped the screws on my tire. So now I have a repatched tire with mismatched lug nuts. Another month goes by and the same tire goes flat. I'm now told I need a new tire and it should never have been patched. Staff ordered the tire and the wrong nuts. I'm now still waiting going on 3 hours for the correct parts to arrive. I will NEVER come back here again. Staff are just sitting in the back with their feet propped up smoking cigarettes. Since they have so much free time they should go get the parts for my vehicle that they incorrectly ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. At this point I wouldn't be upset to drive my flat tire back home.

The people here are nice. You will have to continuously take your car in over and over to keep getting the next repair done on it. We have had nothing but problems with them on one of our vehicles. Every time we get it back there is something new that pops up.

These folks were lifesavers at the end of a 2000 mile trip when I had a tire blow out on the highway. Quick service, friendly and helpful, and nice to my dog. Got back on my way in under an hour!

I found out my truck had 2 nails in the front tire the day before an emergency trip. Big O Tires got the job done asap, same day, very nice and knowledgeable folks!! They were great! My truck was safe for the trip! Highly recommend!!

Brought my car in for a tire rotation. Nut was seized and they said I would need to take it to another shop. When reinstalling the wheel, they seized another nut on the same wheel, making my car inoperable where as before, the manager Ron, told me that driving on 4 lugs would be safe, his incompetent mechanic failed to properly install the 4 lugs that were perfectly fine and seized another. This caused my car to now be disabled. They then had to fix my car with a job they said they couldn't do originally and attempted to charge me for work that was their own fault. Ron and Karen also did not inform me of their mechanic breaking my car, and instead made it seem like they were going to change their mind and do it anyways. I only found out the real reason when I overheard Ron talking about firing the mechanic that broke my 2nd wheel stud. But Ron and Karen never told this to my face. Then when I called them out on it, Karen tried to deny her responsibility despite being the ear in this conversation. Ron only budged once I called him out as well Untrustworthy liars. Never again. I needed new tires soon and this was a convenient location to me, but I will be taking my business elsewhere to a shop with actual honest people running it. Edit: 01/2024 just had to get the same repair done at a different tire shop in Knoxville. I was only charged $150 for the same repair from another shop. It's absolutely absurd that this place wanted almost $600 for a wheel stud repair.

I needed new Cooper tires on PeggySue, my Outback. From the website to everybody at the shop, it was a painless, easy, and great experience! Karen, the manager, even checked in a few days later to make sure the new tires were working out. I'll be going back the next time I need a new set. And on the plus, my husband was impressed that their shop van was reminiscient of the A-Team's. That got brownie points with him. ;-)
