I needed a new battery and alternator (immediately, of course). They got me in right away and finished in an hour. So far, so good!!

I just used Big o for my second tire. Jose and his team are fantastic! The first time I dropped off my car because I thought it was going to take a while so a friend took me to work. They called in 15 minutes before I even got to work and it was ready. So this time, I called Jose and he got my tire in for the day following. I waited for them to do it and it only took about 20 minutes. I had originally tried a place near Home in Whitestown. I even made a 9am appointment and when I got there they asked if I was going to wait and it would be 3 to 4 hours. Needless to say I didn't wait because I had not arranged that. So now I'm glad I found Big . And again I can't say enough about Jose and his team. Jose's communication is great as is follow through. Thank you so much keep up the great work.

I paid for service and had to return my car multiple time after break down on highway and having to be towed 2 separate times due to the negligence of their W 86th St. Indianapolis shop provide by installing a part that was 3" shorter than the oem that wasn't check by their technicians before hand and putting mine and my families lives at risk while drive due to part failure causing loss of vehicle control. The shop excepted no responsibility and offer a free oil change after complaining and having my car for a week that should have only taken couple hours to complete correctly! I was provided no discount for the lack of terrible service and feel over charged originally due to not being allowed to use my 20% coupon. They lied and misrepresented themselves when requested to speak to GM a visiting manager Larry said he was the GM and there was Nothing he could offer or do besides an oil change because they are backed by parts warranty. Their service, communication and customer service sucked. No one ever called me back when they said they would. It was on me daily to call on vehicle status. I even had to just go up there to speak to someone due to no call backs. Their COO was just as rude and offered no help claiming their warranty covers them and no matter how long it took they fixed my car and it's the parts department fault.

I really appreciate Champ at Big O his team looked at my tires and determined I needed two tires. They were affordable and the customer service was excellent!! I will be doing all my tire business with them.

I been dealing with this place over 10 years they don't wanna work with you high price cheap parts had the same thing done twice within 2 years all the receipts of everything I had done still no deals or breaks but if you can avoid them I would telling i need something done today that they already fix once their service is dropping at a rapid pace

Larry and his team are fantastic- I blew a tire early morning in the ice. Larry confirmed via phone they had my back! He found my lost info (my warranty papers are in an pile somewhere surely) and had a tire ordered from their warehouse and on my car in no time flat- I’m a busy girl and they keep it moving! Friendly, Quick, and knowledgeable just like I need things to be!

I always go to my local neighborhood big o tires to get work done on my car. The workers there are great and do amazing work. However the last time I went I saw a new worker there who goes by Larry and he was very rude. Rude to his employees and just didn’t have a good business attitude. Something they should take a look at for future references.

I cannot say how appreciative I am a Big O tire. I walked in. I had a puncture in my tire. It took less than 20 minutes for them to look at it and repair and the best thing of all they did not charge me a dime.
