First time customer for Big O Tires. Went to the one on S. Broadway in Edmond OK. Couldn't have had a better experience. Associates were friendly and knowledgeable. Services for 4 new truck tires and oil change, radiator flush and refill, and new serpentine belt all done in about a 2 hour time frame and at a reasonable price. Store and waiting room were super clean. I won't hesitate to go back when services are needed.

The guys got me in diagnosed my issues and got me repaired in a very reasonable time at a reasonable price. Was honest about the issues they found. I would definitely recommend and will be back for work on my other vehicles

Called at noon they had me in by 1:45 same day to install 2 new tires and align my front end. Super happy with the service and the prices, will definitely be back.

Had new tires oil, change tire rotation, and alignment. They did perfect and it’s inexpensive. They’re very friendly and I love this place.

Ronnie and the guys have always been so sweet to me. Now that my 2 oldest drive I have them go there as well. I know they won't get hassled. 100% recommend these guys.

The staff was very courteous and professional. I called in the morning to ask about a specific tire I’d researched, and although they didn’t have it in stock, the person I spoke with respected my choice and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else, understanding I was set on this particular tire. Instead, he offered to order it from their warehouse for arrival that afternoon. They called me as soon as the tires came in and quickly completed the replacement. Both the customer service and the quality of work were outstanding, and the prices were fair.

Great service and 5 minute credit approval. Less than 1 hour to change 4 tires UPDATE!!!!!! I had a screw in my tire last week and I went in to have it repaired as I purchased the road hazard. I believe I spoke with james or jacob I dont remember but he got me in and out with no issues and is a super chill guy. Customer service is amazing.

SUPER customer service. BEST pricing on rear brakes and rotors after comparing with about four other competitors to include Bob Moore Jeep, Christian Brothers, Hibdon Tire, and Jim Norton Toyota. Wait time wasnt too long.

Big O Edmond is friendly and they treat their customers with respect. They know that my time is as valuable to me as their time is to them and they are accommodating in getting me in and out in a timely manner. I have found the pricing for tires to be very competitive and on one set of tires, they were below what I was expecting, which was very much welcomed. I will definitely be returning for all my car care needs. Great job Big O Edmond!!

We purchased new tires back in August from Big O. The guys up front were very friendly and informative. Today, we had a good-sized screw in one of our tires. Because we always get the warranty, they fixed the tire quickly and free of charge. And again, the guys were awesome and friendly.

don’t take your car here. i went for a basic oil change and they completely rounded off whatever they need to get into to change my oil. so i go to a different location to get an oil change when im due again and they tell me the edmond location made it impossible for them to change my oil and to take it back. when i finally have time again (since they have weird hours) i make it inside at 3:05 which is 5 minutes past the cutoff time on saturdays and leave before 3:30 (i was waiting to even be helped for 6 minutes) and they try to tell me that the other location messed up my car although it was there for a total of 2 minutes. i know that the edmond location rounded off the cap because the mustang location told me so. he said he could fix it but there “wasn’t enough time today” so unironically, im screwed. and wasted an hour of driving to get here. go to a different location. edit: i came back to get it fixed because this is the location that made the cap or whatever inaccessible (the only reason i came back here) and he goes “are you sure? because you trashed me on the internet. probably want to get the work done before you trash me on the internet.” sounded like a threat to me. if i was an older white woman or a male this wouldn’t have happened period. im very quick to write a review when im treated like trash. when i picked the car up, he made sure to let me know how “easy” it was and it only took 40 minutes (could’ve been done when i came saturday instead of missing work if it was so “easy”) this place cannot even take a simple bad review without trying to make their entitled old head feel better by giving a 19 year old nasty comments especially when i was kind in the store. in summary, will never be back! :))
