*AWESOME!!* I've been here before with the last manager who was a very rude and mad all the time. NOW with new management im going to continue to go for all my service needs! My new car tire was all bent and they got everything fixed in a day... and within my budget! I couldn't be happier. I used to go to Tire World... but not anymore!! Thank you guys so much for helping me in a pinch!

Once again Big O has exceeded my expectations. I called in Friday after work to see when I could bring in my vehicle for a tire repair because it was losing air and Ryan was so friendly, personable, and helpful. They were able to get it fixed and in such a timely manner. I am so grateful for such a consistantly professional and hardworking crew. This is the only place I trust taking my vehicle to with such an exceptional staff.

Review: I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I came in with a punctured tire, fully expecting to pay for the repair, but to my surprise, they fixed it at no charge. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They got me back on the road in no time. It’s rare to find businesses that go above and beyond like this, and it shows they truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future tire needs. Highly recommend!

Was told the new owner of this location made it policy to not mount a used tire ever under no circumstances. So you can’t have them swap your winter tires to summer or even a flat repair if they have to remove the tire to patch it since that would be mounting a used tire once it leaves the wheel. Once the tire has hit the ground it can no longer be removed and replaced only tossed in the scrap pile apparently And this is a first in all my years as a car guy. All i wanted to do was take my 2 month old tires off and put them on new wheels i just bought. It’s crazy to me that a “tire shop” can’t just mount my tires sounds to me like they just want to sell a ton of new tires and not really be a tire shop just a tire “sales” shop. Note to owner/manager/counter guy whoever responds to reviews, Don’t bother with a copy and paste reply here with your phone number/email and how you really want to help me. You guys give all the 1 star reviews the same copy and paste response so it appears that you care.

I've been to this location several times this past year and have had great experiences every time. On my last visit, Josh took great care of me with excellent customer service and my visit was quick. If you want your vehicle to be in good hands, take it to the Big O on Omaha!

Does not deserve its 4 star rating. Came here for a tire repair, one of them was flat. The technicians (if you can even call them that) had my car back to me within a few minutes, I should have known then something was wrong. I drive off on my merry way only to notice the tire pressure gauge is still on. The next day I take a look at all my tires and there’s still a giant nail in one of them. Really? How bad at your job do you have to be to mess up that bad? This place is not worth it. Lots of other shops around that will treat you fair.

I recently took my truck to Big O Tires to have new brakes installed. During the process, the technicians at the shop broke the bolts and studs. These parts were not damaged when I initially brought the vehicle in, and the damage occurred while the shop was working on it. Instead of addressing the mistake or attempting to repair the issue they caused, the shop presented me with a quote of $2,342 to fix it. They did not take any responsibility for the damage or offer a solution to remedy their error. As a result, I have been forced to take my truck to another shop to address the damage caused by the initial repair attempt. This has created unnecessary inconvenience and additional expenses that could have been avoided if the shop had handled the situation properly.

I scheduled an appointment earlier this week to ensure I could receive service at my scheduled appointment time. I arrived 6 minutes late and figured my car wouldn’t be serviced for another 10-20 minutes. Wrong. My car wasn’t even driven to the building until 50 minutes later and then I needed to wait an additional hour and 10 minutes for the company to exchange a headlight. I accounted for an hour because I didn’t know appointment times do not matter as well as I didn’t receive any communication as to why it took 2 hours to exchange a headlight. As non confrontational as I am, I had asked twice when it would be done and received updates. I would suggest learning to fix it yourself because I could’ve finished this easy fix faster myself. Additionally, I work a 9 to 5 and attempted to account for my schedule with my appointment time and it went over by an hour. Had I known the business was behind, I would’ve decided to reschedule because I was an hour late to work and could’ve have lost my job.

Superb service. I went in and was given an approximate time of an hour and half and they finished 30 minutes faster! Was explained the type of tires that would be best and cost effective for my car. Will go again!

Very thankful for you guys I called for a tire patch come to find out I had another nail in my tire Mike & his team got me in quickly with not a long wait time.
