Brought my car in on an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took over 2 hours. When I got my car back the technician used his greasy hands all over my steering wheel and touched the headliner causing a smudge. The clerk inside suggested I buy carpet cleaner and try that! Anyway, I look at the sticker on the windshield and they put in the wrong type of oil for my car. My car manufacturer specifically states to use a certain kind. I advise them and they tell me to come back 8am on Saturday. I return the car and it took 1 hour and 38 minutes for them to replace the oil and put in the correct oil. No “we are sorry” or anything. Will not be back. Oh! And it’s a small parking lot but when I arrived when they opened all employees were parking right in front making it hard for customers to park.

Super honest, reliable, and fast. Brought my car in for what I thought was going to be an expensive fix but turned out to be a few loose bolts. They could have scammed me, but they didn't. Definitely brining my car back here forever.

I can’t say enough good things about this location. The lady I dealt with was amazing and was able to figure out the issues with my tires. She remained calm and kind despite my trying to be demanding for what I thought was needed which was just ruled out. She actually requested that the tire sensors be tested which was the cause of my tire pressure light going on continuously. I was so grateful for all the help I received and the promptness of getting my car in and repair on the same day.

Never met a crew more experienced, friendly and HONEST as Tammy, Kevin, and Bronson. Went inside there to get new tires for my truck and they were able to get me exactly what I needed and save me some money as well. I’m usually on high alert when walking into shops, but I was met with very trust worthy people and they earned a life long customer!

Tammy is incredible!! She went way out of her way to make sure that my warranty was found and delivered upon, she had to call three separate Big O’s in aurora to find my claim, she didn't hesitate to go above and beyond and I definitely will be coming back to this Big O to have tire needs doneee, quick and reliable service!!!

They treated me well. I went in for a flat front driver side tire. They were happy and respectful. They saw that my rims were dirty and had some corrosion; so they cleaned them up and filled my tires with air. They didn't try to trick me into any additional services. Rebecca handed me my invoice, and I saw that they didn't charge me at all for the service. I double-checked with Rebecca, and she said that there was nothing to fix. She said to keep an eye on my tires and if there is an issue, to come on back. Love the service, and I am telling my family about the place. Update 12/05/2024 The place is still awesome. I came in about an oil change and an alignment problem. They decided to run some free checks on my car to ensure that the alignment was the issue. Turns out, my car had an alignment problem, and the tires were dry-rotting. They showed me photos and even let me inspect the car inside the garage. They showed me how to check the tires and explained the process to me. I will be coming back in the spring! 😀

This was my 2nd time at Big O tires on pikes peak. It's always a very warm environment and very friendly staff, store is always clean. Brunson and Kayla helped me on my first visit and they were amazing and Brunson and Tammy on my 2nd visit. This team is just amazing and they always get me right back on the road.

I can’t remember his name, but the service writer on Thursday morning was amazing. Helped me out with some tires on my 13 pathfinder and made sure I knew the status of my brakes while he was in there. Gave me all the information I needed to make my own informed decision and wasn’t pressured into anything. Will definitely be back!
