Svs -1.9.25 I am most impressed with my svc provider JAKE and with the service. - oil change & tire rotation; r&r struts, shocks; brakes, a fule system flush - it was a full service day! Sounds expensive right? - wasn't too bad, plus I used a svc coupon and received an discount for being a loyal cust. (much appreciated TY) - my car was ready about an hour b4 it 'due' - which was a plus becuase it had started snowing - and becuase it was snowing - when I pickup my car, Jake had the technician pull my car right up to the front door for easy departure! Very thoughful, I love when employees go the extra mile - much appreciated. So, once again, THANK YOU BIGO AND THANK YOU JAKE! I appreciate you and your service! -BTW -my car runs awsome - that's why I am a loyal customer!

I have been going to this Big O for years. A couple years ago when I was in the shop to get new tires it was the dirtiest I had ever seen it and stopped going into this one. Since; I have returned to this location. They have cleaned and spruced up this location to really look nice again where I will being using them again for my services.

We were very happy with the customer service and service that was performed on our vehicle, Ricky was professional and attentive to our concerns, I will continue to use Big O’s for all my tire and vehicle repair needs. I’m from Arizona and just visiting Colorado Springs for the weekend and my girlfriend’s car needed some attention and I knew I could rely on Big O’s to take care of it!

I do like going to this big O on Fillmore, I went in for a sensor on my tires. I was told it was out and would cost 107.00 to fix. But to my surprise, the sensor is working now, so it was not out just FYI Thank you

Oil change good. Was surprised at more work recommended initially but age of the vehicle it makes sense. Will get things done as money allows. Have used Big O on Fillmore for years and they have taken good care of our vehicles. Would recommend.

These guys always do a bang-up job. Get me in and out in a jiffy. Every time I go off-roading mess my alignment up. They never have a problem getting it back to perfect 😁 I purchased the new BF Goodrich ko3 about 2 months ago from them. My alignment got knocked out and I revisited them this past Saturday. I was there at 8:00 and out by 8:40..

Big O matched a competitors price on six new tires for my dually. The guys at the shop were very knowledgeable and down to earth. It felt very easy to give my business to Big O. Part of the offer from Big O when I quoted with them was that they would match the tire price I had received somewhere else, and also give me a discounted alignment for $65 (can’t remember exactly what the price was now) When I had the tires done, they didn’t do the alignment and told me I would just need to come back in. I assumed I would do this on my first tire rotation. When time came to schedule my rotation, I was told that it was on first come first serve and that they couldn’t schedule for those. I adjusted my wife and I’s schedule and we made some room to come in and get it done. When we arrived with the truck, they acknowledged no such agreement for the discounted alignment, and we then were also informed that we COULD in fact schedule an appointment, and that the Tire rotation was not free, $100. The scheduling thing was one thing, it would have been far more convenient for us to schedule, and not wait in the store for hours as we both work, but understood that maybe there was some kind of internal miscommunication. I was fully under the impression that the new tires I purchased, $2600 worth, came with free tire rotations, the competitor whose price was matched came with those, and I was told over the phone that they did from Big O. I was told in the store that the tire rotations were $100 and the only free rotations were through some sort of accessory service package. On top of that, we still hadn’t received a discounted wheel alignment from Big O. I feel like we were swindled a little. The whole situation just felt dishonest and shady. I should have kept my initial quote with Discount Tire and I would have ended up better off. I’m not sure if this is some sort of corporate sales culture issue, or something on the personnel side. Like I said the guys in the store all seemed like really friendly people.

I have been going to this Big O since the team was on south Nevada. Even though it seems to be a new crew they have still treated me right and have always been honest and caring. I have never felt like they were trying to push up sales on me, just always making sure my care runs right. Thank you Big O!

This team has always been direct and honest with me. They give me piece of mind and have not tried to sell me unneeded services. I’ve brought my car in a quick piece of mind check in and they retuned it and said it’s in good shape, thanks for coming in. I’m a loyal customer and will remain so.

Very disappointed. Was told one price on the phone and it was different in person. The guy on the phone was very nice and I understand mistakes are made but when I got there a different guy was super rude to me AND his coworker who told me the price. There’s no reason to mistreat people because you’re unhappy.
