Great staff and service!! I will bring all my cars for oil changes and tires!! I was scheduled for another day and my plans changed. Big O squeeze me the day I called and the work was excellent!!! Absolutely do not recommend getting work done here. We had a tire with what turned out to be two punctures, one that could be patched and one that couldn't. We were originally quoted one hour to fix the tire, it took them four hours to even contact us about the tire. Then we were told they would call us back with what they had for options for a new tire. They didn't call back, we had to call them. Surprise, they didn't have the tire in stock, but they could get one and put it on our Equinox to have it ready by 10am the following day. We decided to replace all four tires since it was time anyway. Flash forward to the next day at noon, our car is still not ready. We called and they tried to say two more hours. After my fiance became irritated, which was completely justified at this point, they said 15-20 minutes. We waited an hour and when we got to the store it still was not ready. Over 24 hours at that point after being quoted an hour for the original service. Not to mention the fact that they tried to sell him on almost $2000 worth of work that wasn't necessary when all we wanted was a patch on a tire. We wasted two days of our time dealing with this location and will never make that mistake again. They jerk you around, can't follow through on what they commit to, and are not reliable by any means. Save your money, go somewhere else.

They went above and beyond! I called the store about the possibility of getting a new battery installed, BUT then my car wouldn’t even start with a jump to get over there. I happen to live about a mile away and was planning to disconnect the battery, uber over and switch it out. Then they offered to send over a tech - Andrew- who came over and installed a new battery and made sure everything was good. It was a cold Colorado morning and I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend.

Fix your online appointments! Set an appointment for oil change and rotation and they canceled it via an email and no one called! I called, said they were overbooked and the online system will do that when they are booked up. He said to drop it off and they will try to get to it. Not acceptable and BS. Just sending the warning. Time to go to the other Big O.

Picked up a small leak in my truck tire on a recent ice fishing trip. I didn't know until the next morning when I came out to a flat tire. Called Big O and Matt said bring it in and we'll see if we can repair it. Aired up the flat (very small pinhole) and took it down. The store was busy but appeared very organized and clean.They have a nice coffee area to hang out while they get the work done. Matt the owner could not have been nicer and was a consummate professional. He said the repair was on the house and even after I offered to pay for their time and work he insisted it was free. I'll be needing new tires on my dump trailer soon and I will 100% be buying those here after today's experience. Great shop, great guys! Thank you Matt and crew! Happy New Year

I am from out of town and will leave tomorrow to head back to GA. This morning I went out to my car and noted the tire was flat. My brother-in-law recommended we go to Big O Tires. I thought for sure they would tell me I need a new tire or the repair would cost me a chunk of change! Neither happened to me. The staff were super friendly and when I came back to get my vehicle, they told me it was a nail in the tire and that they didn’t charge for those type of repairs! WOW, what an amazing surprise - and overall experience! Thank-you Big O Tires of Colorado Springs!

I think everyone can agree that all they want from a review is to be heard and keep others from feeling upset or frustrated the way they did. I honestly wrote a very harsh review on this page out of anger and frustration after a service wasn’t complete up to standard while forgetting what it’s like to work in customer service. As far as customer service these men are amazing and kind and very helpful. The communication from them was lacking but after thinking about the circumstances that we came in under (late on a cold snowy, busy Election Day) it is unfair to judge this branch based on a few things I would have preferred they do differently. After my review the owner called me himself and made sure I was happy with their service and attempted to make everything right to the best of his abilities. Everyone deserves a second chance and this place has clearly done right by many customers and this owner is clearly working as hard as he can to make sure his team is up to standard. Overall the men here and the owner were very friendly and helpful and I would come back for service in the future.

I went in for an oil change and ended up having some additional things needed. All of the guys in the shop were nice and explained what they were recommending and were great about telling me what was urgent and what could wait. They weren’t pushy at all. This will be my new go-to place.

Found a screw in one of my tires. I was able to book a next day appointment online. Super convenient. The service rep did a fast check in and within 30 minutes the tire had been repaired and all the other tires had been checked and filled. Folks were courteous and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent. Plus, no charge for the repair! Can’t beat that. Highly recommend!

I want to thank the team at Big O Tires for helping me in a bit of emergency- my tire started to go flat on the way home from work. This is my only car to get my family and I around so this was particularly dire. Even though the shop was supposed to close within a half hour, Antwon was able to get my car in - find the leak and patch it. The staff was also incredibly friendly. I would recommend this business to anyone, and definitely return for my tire needs!

Big o tires was very helpful in selecting new tires for my vehicle, and was able to get it done within a couple hours. Jeff was very informative and helpful with the selection of tires and working with my price range. The only downside to this experience was the selection of tires in my range was 2,but otherwise Jess was able to get it done and was very good about breaking down the report after the work was done.

I had a nail in my tire and brought it in to get fixed. We dropped the tire off and not even 30 minutes later we got a call saying they already fixed it! Fast, friendly, and quick service! We’ll definitely be back if we have any other tire issues!

Thank you Tony P and your awesome team for helping me get the leaks on my truck fixed! The communication was great and the repairs were excellent! I can finally park my old truck in the driveway again without worrying about having a huge stain. This morning we woke up with a flat tire and we were in a hurry. We brought our car to Big O Tires to see what they could do without an appointment. The team was very professional, even if the shop was busy and was able to fix our tire at no cost. We will go again for all our car needs.

Bad experience all around. In June went online and booked appointment. They called the next day and said I couldn't get my oil changed because they were "full". I said I made an appointment online. He said no, that's not an appointment, that a request for an appointment. Went to other business to get oil changed. Called on July 22nd and made appointment for 23rd at 11:00. They called at around 9:00 on the 23rd to inform me they had a technician who didn't show up so had to reschedule for 24th. When I called, I told the associate the exact Make, Model, Year, Engine size and was quoted $89.99. I had a coupon for $20 off any oil change so was expecting the bill to be around $70. When I went to pick up my truck the bill was $124. I asked how that could be. Associate said well you needed 6 quarts of oil instead of 5 so that's an extra $12. Then they added $24 in labor. When I argued, the total bill was "adjusted" to $93.63. So my $70 oil change cost 25% more than they quoted. Not to mention without my $20 off coupon an oil change at Big O costs $144. Seems a bit expensive. Recommend you avoid doing business here.

I have had a good experience at this store… they fixed a tire with a puncture for me a year ago, which I think was free (or at least very cheap) and everyone I dealt with was friendly, and they had free cookies. After that experience and because of their convenient location, I decided to use them when it was time for a rotation for our two vehicles. Now, once again, the people I worked with were friendly - no problem there. The issue I have and the reason for only three stars is that they tried to tell me my tires were as low as 2/32nds on one vehicle and even one spot down to 0/32nd’s on the other one (completely bald??). They couldn’t do a rotation because of this. I’m not sure if the individual measuring the tires isn’t familiar with how to use the thread gauge correctly or how this error was made… I had checked my tires with the tried and true quarter method, and while some are down to 4/32nds and are due for replacing fairly soon, none of them were as low as Big O claimed. After my visit I even ordered my own tread gauge and verified that my tires indeed are only down to 4/32nds (closer to 5/32nds really - included a picture). And yes, I checked across the tires, not just one spot… I didn’t feel like the workers I dealt with were too pushy about getting me to buy new tires with them, and I’m hopeful they aren’t purposefully lying to customers about the state of their tires. Hopefully there is some other reason for this error. The individual I talked with on my second visit responded to my questioning their measurements by saying that the quarter method was from the 70’s (have quarters changed?) and that there’s been changes in regulations and such, but really it felt like he didn’t know how to respond and was surprised at me questioning the measurements. (He was not the one who actually measured them). Not sure what’s going on there, but I would advise they make sure their employees understand how to properly measure tire tread (it’s very simple, but I can only hope its user error and not purposeful deception). Also, in shopping for new tires, free installation is fairly common, so I was a little shocked by the prices I was quoted with installation at +$300. I’m not saying you shouldn’t give them a try - the workers are friendly and not pushy - but do your homework first and if they do come to you with surprising news that your tires are extremely low or even bald, maybe get a second opinion somewhere else before diving into a new set.

I picked up a screw in my tire and called Big O to check the wait time to get it plugged. It was noon on a Saturday so I expected a long wait time. They estimated 1.5-2 hrs so I brought it right in. At drop off, they estimated only 1-1.5 hrs and were very respectful and polite. About an hour later, Matt called to let me know it was done already. We'll definitely be back and I'm thrilled they can work on our travel trailer if we need that, too.

There's a guy who works here named Matt. He was one of the kindest people I've ever met! The man deserves a raise!! I hope management sees this, you have an amazing employee working for your company. I won't go anywhere else due to the kindness of this one employee. He was honest, he made me feel like he really, really cared about my brake problems. I've never felt more 'put first' at any other company ever. The overwhelming kindness and respect that this individual named Matt showed will forever be in my heart. Thank you Matt!

We’ve been taking our vehicle here for quite some time now and are very disappointed. Quoted me 3 1/2 hours to do a job that I ended up doing myself in 30min. Told us multiple things were wrong and after taking my car apart myself to fix those problems came to find out that was falsified. Missed or lied to me about bolts on the back sway bar missing, saying they weren’t the ones that loosened them when they were the only ones to work on my car until I did the work this last time myself.

My wife was told her car was unsafe to drive because brakes were worn out. When I looked at brakes the next day, they were not even to the wear indicator. Also, the rotors were perfect, no reason to replace them.. She was also told that whoever rotated the tires left off 3 lugs on one tire. Well, Big O was the last shop to rotate the tires. They didn't even put new lugs on. We had to go to autzone and buy the lugs. We have had a few other problems in the past. They tried to sell my wife a new tire because it had been plugged. We purchased the tires at Big O and have the hazard warranty. Tire should have been covered at no cost. Another time, we bought new tires and they didn't replace the rubber stems. The tires went flat a few days later. I had to bring car back and they said they should have replaced the stems and we're sorry. They fixed it but cost me a 1/2 day of work. Scaring customers to get a sale is wrong. Sorry, but this Big O should be avoided.

Walked up and I was the ONLY customer in the lobby. One rep was on the phone for a long time and another walked in and proceeded to work on the computer and answer phone calls. Answering new random inbound calls versus helping a customer who drove there and is physically waiting for service is a strange business practice. Needless to say, both employees watched me look at the wall for about 10 mins before I just left b/c apparently everyone was too busy to help and I guess they didn't need my business. Took my car to Brakes Plus across the street and received prompt service.

We took in a friend's car in to have her front tires checked and rebalanced. We were greeted by a friendly employee, and he explained what they would do. We received notification about an hour later that the car was ready. The employee who helped us when we picked up the car was also very polite and courteous. Car drove with no shaking. Thank you for helping us make sure our friend's car was safe for her to drive. We will be back and highly recommend this Big O location!
