All I asked you guys to do was change the coils and the plugs in addition to the new tires. How difficult should that be?? When you gave it back to me, it had a horrible misfire. I came back a day later. And then you charge me more money to replace sensors. Promising me that it would fix the problem. I told you how important it was that the Expedition was running well because of a road trip my wife was supposed to take that day. You gave it back to me telling me it was all tiptop and no more misfire, but I could feel it rumbling and missing before I even left the parking lot! Completely ruined our plans for the trip. And when I took a look, under the hood, I discovered you guys had damaged my coolant line. It was spraying coolant all over the new coils and pooling up in the plugs. How lazy do you have to be to jerk and pull those lines out of place when you could've easily disconnected them, done the work, and reconnected them. That wasn't the only problem you created. You also didn't clamp the air intake hose on. It was completely loose and disconnected. The engine was sucking so much air. Where is the clamp? Is it still sitting on your toolbox? That left me with a whole new problem. I had to take it to Tune Tech and spend another $2000 having someone else fix what you guys broke and ruined.

I absolutely loved this place! I've never been here until today and am so pleased with my experience. As everyone knows car parts and maintenance is costly and stressful, at the other place I would take my car in and would be stressed out the whole time while waiting because I knew it would be expensive but at Big O Tires I didn't stress once because they told me the costs ahead of time and worked within my budget. Louie and Brian are absolutely amazing and friendly and showed my dogs and I some great hospitality. My dogs were so happy to be able to come in with me. The dog Nya loved us too and was such a sweetie! Thanks again guys! I'll see you soon!

When I called to schedule a transmission fluid change they didn't have the correct fluid on hand. So I cancelled my appointment. But Louie, the manager, personally went out to pick up the correct fluid and called me to come in. These guys rock.

The team at Big O’s is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! While I waited for my car I enjoyed Big’O’s great selection of magazines and awesome Alchemist coffee! It was a very pleasant experience. The pricing was also extremely reasonable! This was my first time to Big O’s and it will be my “go to” automotive service center going forward! 5 stars !!!

We came in for a single tire replacement on our 2023 Chevy Bolt. The quote was a significant savings over the one we got from the dealership. Tire was available the next day and professionally installed. We will be returning here for our auto care needs!

Found my tire shop. I've been here twice. The first time I was in a bind and they got me out the door with the fix I needed very quickly. The second time was quick, even though they were busy. Friendly, professional service. I'll be back once these tires need to be replaced!

I've been here a few times now and the guys are always super friendly and clear with what they are doing. It does get busy and you may have a bit of a wait, so I'd recommend leaving your vehicle if possible. Or you can always walk over to Cafeina or another spot in the plaza there to pass some time too. Any garage with a friendly shop dog gets an extra star, too.

They had my car in and out to get the tires mounted and balanced, they presented me with options of disposing of the old tires and informed me that if I ever need to dispose of tires in the future you don't need an appointment you can just come in drop them off py the small disposal fee and not have to worry about them. They were professional, quick and efficient, all over exceptional customer service

These guys are always able to work me into their busy schedule. Louie knows the correct size each of my vehicles. I always seem to pick up a nail or screw and they never charge for those repairs.
