The Big O team, Chad and Hudson especially, did a fantastic job this past week when I developed some serious issues with my Hyundai Santa Fe. Correct diagnosis, deep dive into a secondary source of the oil leak, and several major fluid services done in record time. I thought the car was down for days; they got it done in a day and a half. Once again, this is the reason I trust this Big O center.

A big thank you to Keaton for going the extra mile on a Saturday afternoon and accepting to fix my flat tire, even though I arrived 15 mins after they officially closed ! As a customer of this Big-O branch for more years than seem possible, I have yet to receive a bad outcome. The front desk is always helpful and happy, and they always take care of me like family. If I had to make a gripe, it would be the "no free beer" policy in the customer waiting area! Maybe next time...

I recommend Big O Tires (on Main Street in Boise in particular) to anyone I talk to about getting new tires or having car maintenance done. I used to go to the car dealer, but now go exclusively to Big O. Courtney has always been very thoughtful and genuine, and she takes time to answer my questions. I appreciate that Courtney knows who I am and that all the staff there help me feel that they are there to help.

Keaton and Chad were both great. Would definitely suggest them for their knowledge, honesty, and friendliness. Super helpful with picking out best tire for the job, installing the tire, and explaining differences of the new tire vs my OEM tire. Fair prices too. Will return for my next tire purchase for sure.

The only place we take our vehicles for service whether it's a simple oil change, new tires, or basic maintenance. Friendly and informative staff who are genuine and courteous. They do the job that needs to be done without pushing for more, but also good about projecting your upcoming needs if there are any.

Big O on Main Street is my go-to for routine maintenance and major repair. They are kind and timely. Tires, brakes, air conditioning, etc. They regularly provide same-day service without an appointment. They’ve given me good referrals for specific diesel work they couldn’t cover. And they have a cute dog!

I have been coming for over 15 years to the Big O on 14th and Main in Boise. The service is always friendly and efficient. After my blowout late last night, the tow truck driver dropped my car here about 11:30pm. I spoke to Chad in the morning and my car was ready by noon. I’d like to give a big thanks to Chad for all of his courteous and professional service throughout the years.

This Big O is the only place I go for tires and the majority of my mechanical work. The Big O stores are individually owned; some are OK ...some are good for tire related work....some (like this one) have expert mechanics and experienced tire & alignment people. This location has been owned by one family for almost 40 years. Chad is the Asst. Mgr...both he and his wife drag race. To say that Chad knows cars (& trucks) is an understatement. This place usually has a race car or two and frequently a classic muscle car there for work. This is the place "those folks" get their work done. They service my Toyota Sequoia that's coming up on 300,000 miles and has never had a valve cover off!

Very impressed with this Big O and the service I've received there, in particular from Chad Campbell. Recently went in for tire rotation, alignment, and possibly new tires. Chad was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He explained everything in detail and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The rotation and alignment were finished in a timely fashion. I will definitely be going back to Chad when I do need new tires. Thank you!
