I’ve always had excellent customer service at this location. They quickly plugged a nail hole in a tire at no cost. They’ve also been very helpful and kind to my elderly father when he’s been visiting and has had a couple of concerns about tires or tire pressure sensors. I trust them to provide courteous and honest service.

The absolute best Big O in Boise. I have gone here since 2015 when I moved to Boise and they have always been excellent. Not only do they provide outstanding customer service but they are knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Never change broadway big o, you’re the best.

These guys are TIP TOP people. Great tires too but i already knew that before i walked in. Theyre the only place ill go now. In fact i been traveling back and forth to Seattle the past year, and the road over snoqualmie, and from pendleton to boise is no fun in the winter. I braved it on the regular ones so i could get back home and buy my studded snows from them. Wouldnt want it any other way. UPDATE SEPT 2024.....these guys are still the best. Consummate pros all thru the shop, same guys doin the same thing the same way. Awesome

Back in July we were on our way from Utah to Washington when it sounded like a tire blew near Mountain Home. The tire was fine, but the ruckus was still there so we had it towed to this Big O in Boise. They checked it out, drove it for a bit, and immediately figured out that the engine cover below the car was flapping against the ground. They didn't have the right screws to properly put it back together (proprietary VW stuff) so they reattached it another way. In less than 30 minutes we were able to get back on the road and didn't experience any other issues. I asked how much we owed and he said don't worry about it. Some of the nicest folks I've ever worked with and if I lived near Boise I would take my car here every time.

This is my go to tire stour. Alex is a go to tire pro. In the past I went in there with a bubble on the side. He told me it is not an issue. Ever since he always has great information, his service sept is top notch. When I go in because u got a real low issue he gets me right in and gets it fixed because I only by my tires from then.

I broke down across the street and didn't have the tool to get my battery out of jumper cables. I ran over here hoping they'd let me borrow a socket wrench and they walked over to the Jackson's, tightened up my battery, and helped me with a jump so I could get to O'Reilly's to exchange my battery. Thank you all for your help!

A friend referred me to Big O when I broke down back in 2019. I have been using them ever since! They have Always taken great care of me! Dustin and Alex have always been good about getting me in for my last minute requests whenever they can. I send Everyone to them. Thank you for all you do!

I am not a person who gets excited about new tires, but I do feel like I am in good honest hands here. My mechanic likes them, they look for discounts for me and they haven't steered me wrong in the 16 years I have been going here. I don't feel like I get upsold, but matched with the best tires to suit my needs per vehicle.

I was there this morning trying to a quote on tires for my truck. The shop seemed busy. 1 guy at the counter inside. He was doing something either on his phone or computer. He gets done, walks towards me. Puts his hand on the counter. Kind of like he's leaning there, and just looks out the window. I was standing right at the counter.This went on for a couple of minutes, he never said a word. So I just finally walked out. Not a word was said. Very poor service..

The team here is fantastic. Had an issue with a new set of tires that another shop couldn't figure out. They threw the tire in the dunk tank and had it solved in less than 10 minutes.

What I appreciate most is Dustin’s knowledge and willingness to explain things. I also liked that he asked about our driving- where and how many miles per year. And then based on what we actually need, he gave me the cheaper option and the slightly more expensive option and explained the pluses minuses and which one he would do based on our driving. I also appreciate that when I called and had two particular tires in mind based on a YouTube video where a place had compared them all- he explained that one of the ones I was asking about is a 20 year old tire pattern that was tried and abandoned by another brand bc it didn’t stand the test of time. He said yeah- it performs well for the first year but then after that it doesn’t. This kind of knowledge I think is invaluable. I was going to spend more than I ended up spending on that tire- and it was not a better tire.
