The wait time is always a bit lengthy but when leaving I always feel taken care of & know my vehicle is in good shape. This trip I was informed my battery needed replaced. I was shocked since I had just bought a new one less than 15 days ago. Sure enough I returned to where the battery was purchased & they indeed needed to swap me out for a new one. Big O caught this in time for me to save myself money. Big thanks to them for catching this.

I want to thank Freddy! Freddie? We only got to speak over the phone several times, but he remained respectful, professional, and kept me updated through a VERY busy season. He went above and beyond helping figure what we needed when we were stumped on information we should know about our vehicle! Besides the unexpected delay in getting our custom parts successfully shipped there (NOT IN THEIR CONTROL), we had an amazing experience. We also didn't feel like we we're getting gouged financially. On top of it all, we feel SAFE again in our truck. It's sounding and running great! Thank you, Big O! We recommend this location!

My daughter hat a flat tire and was driving on her donut. We stopped by to see if they had time to fix it and they took it back and had the tire patched and spare put back in the trunk in less than 15 minutes . Everyone we talked to was really nice and professional. Will definitely go back when it's time for new tires!

The help I received was super easy and quick! They found an off size set of tires quickly and had them mounted and ready in barely an hour after having to drive and pick them up at a different location. All so I could get back on the road quickly back to my home 100 miles away! Great experience!
