I've had great experiences at Big Brand Tire for my tire repairs! The staff was super friendly and efficient, getting my tires checked and fixed in no time. I really appreciated their kindness and quick service. Highly recommend!

So I have had to get a lot of work done on two separate vehicles. This place has the nicest people and they do good work. A lot of mechanics seem so shady but I really believe this place isn’t. They just seem so genuine. Before going to big o tires I was going to another place to get work done on my cars but everytime I’d leave that place something else would go wrong with my car or it would still be making the same noise as it did in the first place. So it felt like I was just wasting money or like they were messing up something every-time they “fixed” something. So one day my tire was messing up and I brought it to big o tires. I thought they only did tires there but then when I got there they had told me something else that was wrong with my car and asked if I wanted it fixed and I told them yes. That’s when they told me they do it all. They fixed it and when I left there my car drove like it was a brand new vehicle. I’ve not left a shop in CA feeling safe and confident that my car was actually fixed until I came here and they worked on my car. So I come here for everything now! Great ppl. I recommend you don’t go anywhere else. They’ll do you right at that shop. Not to mention…….The store manager is the best and always makes you feel welcome. He's so friendly. Best shop in Bakersfield.

I took my truck here for tires and they suggested ball joints and alignment now the steering wheel does not return to center and the the steering wheel is not centered do not go here they don’t know what they r doing

Condescending, limited sense of client expectations, and had to suspiciously perform the same vehicle service three times because the paperwork confirming the results, was 'lost' and according to a front desk employee, "the mechanics don't know how to use the machine".

We have had an exceptional experience with Big O Tires. Xavier, their customer service representative, has outstanding customer service skills. Their mechanical teams are quick and effective. We own a 2008 Ford Mustang and have had it serviced at Big O Tires three times. On the last occasion, we had to have the car towed to their shop, and they let us leave it overnight. They promptly called us the next morning with an evaluation and solution. Additionally, they offer convenient financing options through two different services. All around, it has been an excellent experience each time. Highly recommend!

I have been taking our family cars here for nearly 15 years. We've had everything from a free flat fix to $1000's in repairs. James is always super friendly and helpful, getting me info I can't find and making sure I'm not over spending for things I don't need. I'll be using THIS Big O until I move out of state!

I went in for a fix a flat. Not free. I came home thinking it was fixed. Next day my tire was completely flat . Took it in and the messed up my tire and said they would replace it. They didn’t carry my tire brand. My tires are 6 months old. I told them I just to replace one tire I replace the whole set. They were extremely rude, saying the will not do that . That they would replace one but I have to by the others . My family has came her for years. My family and friends will never return. Worst customer service and didn’t bother trying to fix their mistake.

Nice people but they got overwhelmed when I was there for a simple flat tire. If someone would have let i would have left and come back another day. Though I am pretty sure they prioritize jobs on how much money they bring in.

Before I write this review, I just want to say I have never written a review somewhere and I actually hate that I'm even having to do this right now, but I don't know if others have this issue here. First, Big O on white ln has an outstanding guy named James. That guy is just the definition of excellent customer service and he has been amazing for years. Cars are not cheap, everyone knows this. It seems like every single time I take my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation there is something else wrong with my car that makes me end up spending a minimum of 500$. The last two times I went this has happened. I will gladly give my name and you can pull up the history of the vehicle. I just got off the phone with an individual and he told me, "I don't know why they didn't bring this issue up last time you were here, you weren't even here that long ago." and I said mhmm.. it's because the last time they pointed out the smallest little things and charged me. Didn't bother mentioning my other two tires should be changed.. instead they told me no those tires are solid and have a lot left.. or didn't bother mentioning that I need 4 spark plugs.... I take care of my car I understand that tires need to be changed out, but man it's honestly pushing me away from wanting to come here anymore after today. I even said on the phone, it seems like every single time I bring my car here I go from thinking I'm going to spend 80$ on an oil change and tire rotation to well over 500$ dollars.. I don't know if I will be coming here anymore sadly. My friend owns gutierrez tire shop but yet I've always come here because of the staff. I get it, nobody is perfect, but after this second time of this happening and the guy telling me on the phone they should have told me last time.. its like sheesh, maybe I need to carry 500-800$ with me when I go in for my oil change and tire rotation seeing as I don't know what the hell is gonna be wrong with my car.

I took my car in not to long ago to get all the brakes replaced the front and the rear (brake drums included) they did the front but not the back brakes or drums. We kept taking it back because the back brakes were still squealing and they said nothing was wrong with them. So finally we took it to another mechanic to check it out and they said there's no way the back ones were replaced. They charged me over 1,700 dollars for everything and they didn't fix the problem. I feel robbed cheated and lied to. I suggest anyone that takes your vehicle to get serviced by them check everything after they finish

Never go there again they told me that I needed a new tire because it had a screw and I went to another tire shop and my tire was fine they will stole your money plus I was there for 2 hours 👎👎👎👎

They sold me a set of 4 tires. One was defective I found out later and they still wanted me to pay for the replacement because I had driven on the defective tire. They did lower the cost but I feel since it was a defective tire I shouldn't have had to pay a thing. When I told them they should recoup from the brand they informed me that they no longer deal with that brand. I wonder why!!!????

Took in vehicle to have tires balanced and rotated, they had it less than 10 minutes. They only took one tire off and put it back on. Asked them if they balanced and rotated, they said yes. I watch them the whole time. They just lost a ten year customer. Will not return

Took my wife's car in to have brake work done but it was making a awful noise when stopping. Took it back after some time and they replaced brakes and rotors and made it right. Thanks to Jim at the front desk for his help and service.

Went for free inspection of brakes. We were honestly told that no replacement necessary. We will be returning for future repairs and will recommend people to take their business there.

What a great place to get a service done and necessary repairs. I have been there three times now and the quality of work, customer service, attention to detail, and communication has been exemplary each time. I was able to get my car serviced and the necessary repairs found during service, completed the same day. Xavier took the time and trouble to show me what needed attention and repair/replacement efficiently, and using everyday language that I could access. The repairs were a fraction of the price the dealer would have charged and were carried out expeditiously the same day. It was so refreshing to once again encounter honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service - especially from someone so young as Xavier. I will return to this location for all my vehicle’s needs and strongly recommend t you do the same.
