Did not do a good job with tire alignment, car had a new “issue noise” after they aligned the tires and replaced one. Having to take it to a second mechanic to fix the “new issue” that started after they worked on the vehicle. When we took it back to them they said there were no issues with the alignment and the car still veers to the right because of brakes and suspension is the cause of the noise that did not start til after they worked on vehicle. Very suspicious, they also took over two hours to replace a tire and do the alignment when they were not busy and the mechanics kept taking breaks in the waiting area.

This place is great I would recommend them to anyone. You get a nail in a sidewall and just want to replace one with a used tire they will hook you up and very nice too. GO BLUE!!

They are amazing and super professional! When other tire store tells you that it is impossible to patch a run flat tire, go to Big Mac’s before you decide to get your tire changed.

Don’t make a mistake. Big Mac’s is the place. Honest, fair, and timing was perfect. 5 star 💯 top notch place with a restaurant I can’t wait to try. Great job my truck is like new!!

Got a flat tire before a long trip, and they were able to fit me in last minute despite it being the end of their day. Removed the nail that caused the flat, plugged the hole, filled all my tires with air while they were at it, and even replaced the missing tire caps for my car without me even asking. Though their shop was clearly in the middle of a lengthy renovation, don't let its appearance deter you as you'll get some real amazing service!

My daughter is a college student and she woke up to a flat tire. She did have A can of fix a flat that was able to get her up to the tire shop. (Because the college stated they had no one that was able to help her pump her tire up, or change her flat) When she got to Big Mac’s, the gentleman told her it would be a few minutes before they could get her in and she said that’s fine I don’t have class until 11. It wasn’t 5 minutes and he had her car pulled in and examined the tire. It was not fixable as the side way was punctured. He then went and got one of his used tires, put it in the rim and mounted it on her car! Lowered the car down and handed her keys to her. She asked where she needed to pay and he told her “you’re good to go. That tire should hold you for a while” You sir!, are what America needs more of!!! Humble and caring! I’m a single mother and this was a blessing for her to be safe. Thank you so much from the bottom Of my heart! Sincerely, A single mom trying to help my daughter through college
