I swear if I could give this business a -5 star review i would I ain’t gone lie. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS, THEIR NOTHING BUT LIES. There’s information that I wasn’t aware of in the beginning that I feel like should’ve been something that was talked about before the agreement. I went there to have my car dyno tuned, worked out a date to get the car and they picked it up Aug 13. The first thing is I didn’t know that they send there work to a different business to have the work done because usually shops have the dyno in-house. There’s no communication at all, every time I wanted an update I had to call. I kinda felt like they was saying anything at that point. (Lie #1)The first problem they had with the car is the battery was bad, I told them that they can just warranty it out cause I just got it. I’m thinking at the most it will take them a day to get a new battery but I really don’t know how long it took cause I was told three times the battery was delivered so who knows. I thought my car only had one battery but I guess 3 batteries is cooler😂 The second problem was “the o2 sensor is supposedly bad” I was like u can warranty that out too. Sent the info over so they could get the part. Im thinking again ok that’s probably another day to get that fix. The whole time they have the car im trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and trying understand the problem cause I know things like this takes time but 3 weeks to tune a car and the only problems was the battery and a supposedly bad o2 sensor is crazy to me. Here’s the confusing part if your not already confused, I was also told by Big L’s Performance and the other business that they don’t mess with the car if the battery is bad. (Lie #2) So if what y’all are saying is true then how can you say the o2 sensors is bad if y’all don’t work on the car if the battery is bad.🤔 This company waste my time and lied the whole time. I ended up picking the car up on August-27 and took it somewhere else to get the work done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. It’s like a never ending cycle with this business always something just for it to be nothing. Be better🤦🏾‍♂️😂

Got my 2008 corvette cam kit, harmonic balancer, and a few other things installed by Landrum and his crew. Great quality work done in a fast manner. Terrific business. Would definitely recommend

I had used Big L's Performance several years ago to do a program delete on my trucks PCM, was happy with their work then. Fast forward to early February of this year. My truck wasn't running as it should, even after spending a lot of money on suspension and engine performance upgrades. Because of my positive previous experience, I stopped by at Big L's, spoke to Jill. As always, she was extremely friendly and helpful. I made an appointment to have the truck checked and my concerns assessed. Brought it in, my new ace mechanic Richard worked on it. Much to my disappointment, it was found that much of the work a previous shop had done, was done incorrectly. Richard corrected a lot of problems, tuned the truck correctly. We discussed a problem with " hard start" that was still occurring, and I arranged to bring it back to have that issue corrected. My man Richard correctly identified the cause of the " hard start", and even though repairs were costly, I agreed to have work done. No hard start problems now, happy with performance of the truck. And even though my new ace mechanic Richard clowned about my trucks bad brakes, I will definitely return to have him correct that problem in the future. After all, you can't have Go without the WHOA..! These guys are highly recommended.!!

I was shopping for another performance type shop after a disastrous experience at a prior shop. I called Big L’s. I got the man himself on the phone. Very kool dude! He invited me out to check out the shop, and I did. Great place! I can’t wait to get my car in there!

This review is much overdo. I can't say enough great things about this shop. My Mustang engine went up and I wasn't ready to get another car. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Jill knows more about cars than a lot of men. Dustin was always their right hand man and honestly, everyone at this shop was great! And to this day, I still have my Mustang! Thank y'all so much!

Had my car for 3 weeks never got around to replacing my valve cover gaskets..just picked up the car and took it someplace else. I would not go there again

Had my car for weeks when they said it would be there for a week. Try calling for an update and they definitely didn't want to be bothered. Got car tuned and they never provided dyno sheet. Come to find out that the work I got done is not correct. Never again will I go there. Having somewhere else doing the work now to make everything right.

I waited on hold for 35 minutes with the shop today trying to figure out what’s going on with the parts they were supposed to have ordered for my car over a month ago. No one ever came to the phone. No one has ever called me in 6 weeks to give me an update on the parts, or when my car will be fixed. I’ve called the shop 6 times in this timeframe and a man always answers and says he has no information about anything and I’ll have to wait for the owner to get back. No one ever calls back. Now my cars warranty is about to expire and I can’t even get the work done.

Big L's is an honest automotive mechanic that won't break the bank or add unnecessary items to the bill to make it worth while. He is the only one around I let work on my vehicles.
