I called Big J's Tire Shop last night to help me get my car back on the road, I needed a tire and someone to come mount it for you, And I have to say I'm so glad I found them, Joseph was kind enough to give a car jump as well , since my car has been sitting there for awhile,the battery was dead. I will continue to use them and recommend them. Thank you Big J's!

Awesome. 8pm at night I had a flat coming off the highway, pulled into a gas station. I found Big Js on Google, called and they showed up in less than 40 min to fix my tire. Exceptional service and very reasonable price. Thank you.

Got a tire. As I was leaving notice car shaking real bad(wasn’t before). Came back. He told me that my alignment was off and to get it checked out. I did. Was told that alignment is fine. Tire has a giant bubble on it.(which was obvious) Went back to big js. He told me won’t do anything for me because it’s the alignment. :( now I have to buy a new tire. Was rude the hole time as well.

Great communication and speed of service. I called Big J’s at 7pm on a Sunday night to come and patch my tire, within 70 minutes they showed up, patched my tire and left. Literally blew me away how quick and easy it was to solve an annoying problem like a screw in a tire. Highly recommend!

I was able to pull up as a walk-in appointment and get my tire fixed right away. They were able to identify the issue and have it patched up within just a few minutes super friendly and super efficient and very reasonably priced. I really appreciate the help!

This is a family oriented business! They go mile way about there customer and help out so much! Thank you for showing up at 11 clock at night to fix a tire!! I recommend everybody to go there and they will come to you too service is so wonderful

This place is tucked behind the Mobile convenience store. Big J's is open till 12am. I liked the one guy but the other guy wasn't nice at all. To his patrons or employees. I would use them again if needed.

Very aggravated, came here on a doughnut, which took me 20 minutes. Just to hear the Spanish guy tell me they don’t have the tire they claim they initially did on the phone. Then lied to me and told me that they called me to let me know. I’m a business owner. Time is money. I tried to get two other tires and work something out for these inexpensive used tires for an emergency . Felt like they were nickel and diming me. Offered me five dollars if I didn’t have them balance the tires. You gotta do better two thumbs down.

Absolutely amazing. This service was absolutely fantastic. I called. They answered. I gave them my problem and they said no problem. Next thing I know the car was fixed. No need to wait for AAA who gave me a 1-2 hour eta and they wouldn’t be able to fix the flat time. I will recommend this service to anyone who has been in my situation. Flat tire? Call Big J’s Tire Shop. You won’t be disappointed.

It was nice, but somehow, even after applying two patches, my tyre keep losing air after every 4 to 5 days . I I wonder why

A few months ago, I saw this place as I was driving to another tire shop. They found a better tire than what I was asking for (Toyo A23 as opposed to A36), for an excellent price. The tire was balanced and mounted within minutes. Definitely recommend!

Our 5th wheel trailer blew out a tire. Our insurance company couldn’t find a company with the right equipment for the weight of the trailer(17,000lbs-ish). We called the police who said they’d dispatch an officer to try to help. They never showed. Incident happened at about 1:00. Thanks to Big J’s and Joe(who was awesome!!) we were back on the road by 3:30. Within 30 minutes of calling , Joe was on site, friendly and knowledgeable…. GOOD DUDE!! Our insurance will reimburse us for the repair. If you’re needing roadside assistance and have big ole tires(or not) ring em up!!!!

Great service at a very fair price! I broke my valve stem coming out of a parking lot and was able to go directly to them and have it replaced with 30 minutes. Highly recommend these folks!

Hit a nasty pothole that blew a hole in the sidewall of my tire. This guy saved me from getting stranded. Prices are good for what this shop does! If you have a flat I would highly give this guy a call.

I’m a driver and sometimes we need late night tire changes so I’m glad I came across this place on Google maps!! Got in around 9:48 PM and out in less than 20 minutes!! They are open till midnight and 2 AM on the weekends!!

This place was very convenient to use. My tire popped on the side of the road, and I was very frantic. I called in, they had me send my location. I didn’t know what kind of tire I had, so they had me take pictures and send it over. Sent over a nice guy, I think his name was Papi lol. He was so nice and fixed my tire. The owner was also very easy to reach. They kept me updated with a ETA. Came out to help me on the middle of the causeway at a reasonable price. Highly recommend, hopefully this doesn’t happen again to me lol but if it does I’ll call them again
