I don't know why you guys are out there. Buying tires from the TA and flying j for 670. Big E has beautiful 16 ply tires for $350. I just picked me up some you pull in you turn around and the boys get on you ASAP. This is a must must use recommendation. Come on down to buckeyes these guys will treat you right?

Needed a flat fixed on my SUV and they said to bring it in although they usually work on commercial vehicles tires. Had my tire fixed in 20 minutes for an *****Amazing***** price. I definitely recommend Big E's for tire services. Thank you !!!!!

We were stuck with a flat coach tire. We called everybody in the city Noone could really help us ( well one offered to for an inflated tire price and a matching road call fee) But Big Es came through with fast service a decent firebrand at a reasonable price..motorcoach operators put them in the speed dial.

Gave me a great deal without asking. Over charged me but they refunded me keeping their word when I called them. A man's word is everything. Also one of the guys in the shop recommended me to a banging restaurant in walking distance while I waited.

Besides the fact that the big guy needs to work on his customer service This place was not that badd $30 to mount and dismount the tire They mounted A tire for me 5 miles down the Road It exploded. It could have been a badd tire or a could have been these guys mistake I'll never know. And since when do we need for guys to change a tire. I would have given this place 4 stars if the big guy knew how to talk to his customers.

Last time i was there and I give them my debit card. He tried to swap and he didn’t know how to manage it. So he called another one from the back. He just swapped again and didn’t know what to press. Us debit or visa. I told him US Debit. And than he asked me. PIN #. REALLY?????? PIN = Personal Identifications Number You CANT ask someone for that. Are you serious???

great service. when you get there it’s the 2 nd gate if your going east (pull in wide )or the first gate if your going west. you need to pull around the building and park a long the building as close as you can. 30 bucks to change a tire and 7 for a New valve stem. quick and friendly. will deathly go again when I’m in town.
