Littering isn’t cool. This guy pulls out from the shop and almost immediately throws a huge full coffee in a plastic cup on the road but mostly in someone’s driveway. If they don’t care about the world, I doubt they care about your transmission. This happened on Carl rd before 1327 ironically by the dump. DON’T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS UNTIL THEY PICK IT UP AND APOLOGIZE.

Big Dog came highly recommended by a good friend and my brother. They got my truck in and out in a couple of days with a full transmission rebuild. The truck runs great and shifts smooth. Next time I have any transmission trouble in any of my vehicles the will definitely be the first call.

Auguie, the owner of a big dog transmissions was very Quick, responsive, and did a great job at rebuilding my transmission on my truck. Even with a few days until Christmas, he was able to get my truck in the shop work on it and get it back to me in time for me to get back to work with in a week. He and his crew truly are experts at what they do. I will be recommending them to anybody that needs a transmission rebuilt or a new one installed

Shout out to Augie and hes bro Ray and their staff at Big dog transmission , great price and went above and beyond , in all honesty I got worried cuz I would let my mind race and from other bad experiences i have had with mechanic shops i got impatient , but talking to Ray at big dog transmissions the guy working on the Trannys he made me feel more sure and positive about why its was taking longer than expected , aguie and ray I appreciate ya 05 chevy Green , back on tbe road and greatfull for them being so flexible , great price and humble people thank you guys

Big Dog transmissions has done it again!! They have fixed all of my transmissions for years and I have never been disappointed. This most recent was a Dodge 68RFe. Their Price was lower than anybody else as usual, and he was able to have it done in 48 Hours!! Customer Service like this is unmatched. They kept me updated every step of the way and I know they stand behind their work. Trust the pros and don't fall for some shade tree cheaper job. Transmission trouble is never good but knowing your in good hands with these guys makes the headaches disappear. I will continue to use them as long as my trucks are out of warranty. Thank you again guys!

Big Dog Transmission is the BEST!! I brought my vehicle in on Friday afternoon and picked it up on Saturday morning! Yes, they totally rebuilt my transmission in less than 12 hours. My husband has recently had two transmissions replaced by Big Dog Transmissions and both times have been a great experience. The manufacturer gave us a new defective part and Auggie was quick to respond. Literally the next day he had the truck back on a lift and the transmission repaired within a couple of hours for us. He also recently repaired two of my relatives transmissions. We are all extremely grateful and completely satisfied with the service provided by Big Dog’s Transmission.

Just wanted to thank Big Dog for the quick turn around on my Suburban, I was able to drop it off and pick it up in 24 hours. Their new location is easy to get to and the price was great. This place was recommended by a friend of mine in San Antonio that does work with them and everything that he said would happen, happened, I couldn't be happier. He texted me a few days later to make sure that the car was running correctly, which I appreciated. Thanks for the great work. Their site says that they are permanently closed but they are open for business.

Amazing guys here, I had problems with my 2015 Ram 3500 transmission and not a lot of time to have my work truck in a shop for weeks. Augie assured me he will go through the whole transmission and complete a full rebuild. I received videos of my transmission torn apart and was able to see my new parts being installed. His turn around time was outstanding as it took him less than 2 day to get me back on the road. I will Definitely be coming back with friends and family to get our transmission serviced here.

I have token them over 6 transmissions all them came out good responsible for warranty not like other shops at atx out all of them only 1 had to be warranty and it wasn’t his fault it was my friend that didn’t put enough oil on it but he was nice enough to cover the warranty even if it wasn’t his fault good transmission place highly recommend this place
