Took my minivan to replace the thermostat cost $400 a little pricey. Took my Escape for a new ac compressor to be put on that I had already purchased, I was quoted by the owner that it'd be around $350-$450. I took it in. The mechanics working on it then said that I needed two hoses replaced and that if they supplied them that it'd be $900 that's a huge jump for two hoses plus labor. Agreed to the high price. Went the next day to pick up vehicle and have them to explain to me how they came up with that amount. They couldn't prove how much the hoses costs, nor how much labor was involved to get to that price. The owner shook it off and apologize about not knowing as he wasn't present at the time. So, basically the mechanics charged what they wanted to and there's not any actual prices set here. Beware! Not too mention they just let the freon from my old compressor spray and leak out every where under my hood and that's was one day after detailing my engine bay. It was so bad the belt slipped off before making it two blocks down the road. They put it back on free of charge. On christmas day getting ready to go see family, the belt slipped off again. Two weeks later and only driven twice since then as it's now my daughter's vehicle. Needles to say, I had to deep clean my engine bay from the freon mess they left, to keep the belt from slipping off again. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR QUALITY WORK

WARNING! I have used this place for 18 years. My entire family used them until yesterday. In April I purchased 4 new tires and had a front end alignment. I got a nail in my rear passenger tire. I took it to Discount Tire in Edmond for them to tell me it could not be fixed because it was in the side wall. They recommended me returning to the place I purchased them. I drove 30 min for BIG discount tire to patch my tire vs. replacing it under warranty. When I left I drove the highway to find that I had horrible shaking towards the rear of my car and it was pulling to the right. I called them and they had me come back. The owner told me they don't check the balance once they fix a tire. Shortly after he came and said its the rim. I attempted to let him know that I had ZERO vibration and it had to be something they did when fixing the tire. The owner was pissed that I accused them of messing up. Screaming and name calling was involved. The owner kept screaming, I didn't know what I was talking about. Needless to say I returned to DISCOUNT TIRE in Edmond for them to currently fix and confirm that my rim was different 2 hours before. BIG discount tire was the reason my car was vibrating. They incorrectly installed and mounted the additional weights they added that visit. Due to the owners aggressive behavior and the way I was treated I will not be returning. I feel like they wanted the additional money to “fix” something they put in place and lied about it.

Extremely overpriced! Quoted a job would take $1500. Another company I called said they could do everything for less than 500.

I went there a couple weeks ago and I wasn’t going to give them a rating at all but just to warn everyone about their “alignments” they don’t use any of professional computer to do any alignment they just make a guy do adjustments to the car and then he test drives and hands it in like done after I test drove it the car was not aligned not worth the money I spent don’t take your car her for alignments not worth it

We have used this tire shop for years for our business and they've always been really good price wise. Fast forward to last week, we had a work van that needed tires.. we were given a quote, had the vehicle towed there.. although some additional work was needed that we knew about, they didn't call to approve or discuss what work was needed, charged us well over what was quoted(not just in additional work but original quotes work as well), and I was overall very unimpressed with the customer service. We will not be using again because they could nor provide same loyalty we have to them.

As a former assistant shop mgr/mechanic and then consumer that y'all know better than to lift a 5th wheel trailer NOT by center of the tube. Wears on the outside some so,,,, And by the way, your Lot Van for advertising has a flat. Mmm

Tl;dr - I love this place. Go here if you need tires. Big Discount Tire is my preferred choice when it comes to my tires. Not only do they provide quality tires but in the situation they don't have the correct size in stock, they leave the store to go get it for me (They apologized for MY inconvenience!) The staff is always friendly and quick to accomplish whatever task I put before them. As long as I live in OKC, I'll keep doing business with them.

Told them what was wrong with the car they said no it is something else, went ahead and paid for what they said was wrong....it was bull i i was right all along. Either the mechanics dont know what they are doing or just want to take your money.
