You won’t find a better price or shop in town. After getting taken for literal thousands by Caliber last year, I won’t let anyone but these guys work on our family’s vehicles. SO thankful to have a trustworthy place like Big D, for affordable automotive maintenance!

Went today to get a pre-purchase inspection on a used truck. It was an awesome experience. Everyone was super nice, they checked the truck out and answered all our questions and gave me confidence it was a good purchase. Would definitely return for other work.

Highly recommend! The experience at Big D Automotive was painless! Jacob was upfront, transparent, and very easy to work with. He and his team were on time and consistent with communication. His honesty, flexibility, and knowledge put me at ease with the car troubles I was experiencing when others elsewhere were taking me for a ride around the block, so to speak. Wow, I have now twice taken a vehicle here that I was quoted absurd amounts of money and false issues with. Big D fiexed the $1,000 quote on my AC for free The $5,600 quote on my F250 for $150. Trustworthy, honest to a fault. I will always recommend them now. I've now serviced 3 family vehicles here in the last 30 days. I will be bringing a 4th soon.

Be careful, they might try to steal from you. I had them do some work and had to return and get the car fixed in the same place over 3 times. Then they charge red me more money to fix the problem they created. They’ll tell you something they messed up after “fixing it” is your fault. BE CAREFUL
